Odstranjevanje posameznih nezaželenih komponent bioplina pri postopku čiščenja smo izvajali postopoma, najprej z odstranjevanjem vodikovega sulfida (H2S) in ogljikovega dioksida (CO2) z absorpcijo z dietanolaminom (DEA). Nato smo z drugim procesom odstranjevali vodo (H2O) z absorpcijo s TEGlikolom.

Title:Production of transport fuel from biogas
Abstract:The bachelor thesis presents the process of production of methane (CH4) from biogas produced by anaerobic digestion of bio-waste. In such a way produced Methane can be used to produce electricity with gas engines, is added to a gas supply for households or as fuel for transport vehicles with internal combustion engines. Carbon dioxide and other impurities created during anaerobic digestion must first be removed from biogas. The computer simulations of biogas cleaning were performed with the Aspen Hysys software package. The removal of individual unwanted biogas components in the purification process was carried out gradually, first by removing hydrogen sulphide (H2S) and carbon dioxide (CO2) by absorption with diethanolamine (DEA). With the second process, water (H2O) was removed by absorption with TEGlikol. The third process represents the cryogenic distillation of nitrogen (N2). The fourth and final process is a computer simulation of methane separation (CH4) from the gas gas mixture and compression to the desired pressure.
