Title:Odpornost hladilnih aparatov na motnje iz električnega omrežja

Abstract:V današnjem času mora vsaka elektronska naparava ustrezati standardom. Mora delovati tako, da je odporna na motnje iz omrežja in da tudi sama motenj ne pošilja v omrežje. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena primerjava odpornosti hladilnega aparata 1 in 2 z konkurenčnima hladilnima aparatoma. Predstavljeni so trije preizkusi, ki smo jih opravili po standardu in ob povečanih vrednostih (nadstandardne vrednosti). Vsi aparati ustrezajo standardom, vendar je na aparatu 1 in aparatu 2 opaženo slabše delovanje ob prisotnosti motenj. Iz meritev smo ugotovili razliko pri meritvi odpornosti na hitre prehodne pojave, kjer je osvetlitev led na aparatu 1 in 2 močno utripala in aparat je prešel v stanje, kjer kompresor ni več deloval. Rešili smo problem utripanja osvetlitve z uporabo ferita na priključnem kablu in zamenjavo triaka z zaščitnim stikalom ACS. Tako smo povečali odpornost aparata na hitre prehodne pojave in preprečili utripanje osvetlitve. S feritom smo dosegli tudi, da aparat ni več prešel v nepravilno delovanje. Rešitev se bo uporabila pri načrtovanju novih proizvodov in pri problemih na trgu oziroma pri uporabniku aparata, če bo zaznal podobne težave.

Title:Immunity of refrigerating appliances to electrical network disturbances
Abstract:In this time, every electronic appliance must conform to the standards. It must operate in such a way, that it’s immune to network disturbances and does not send interference to the electrical network. The task presents a comparison of the competitive refrigerator appliances with the appliance 1 and appliance 2. Three tests were carried out according to the standards and with higher values above the standard. All appliances correspond the standards, but the appliance 1 and appliance 2 it’s less immune to disturbances. From the tests, we found the difference between appliances in the measurements of the immunity to electrical fast transient/burst, where the led lighting on appliance 1 and 2 strongly flashed and the appliance led to failure of the compressor. We solved the problem of flashing Led with ferrite on the power cable, replacing the triac with ACS protective switch. Thus, we have increased the immunity of the appliance to electrical fast transient/burst signal and prevented flashing the Led light. With ferrite, we also prevented appliance from moving into the malfunction. The solution will be used when designing new products and problems in the market and if the user of the appliance has similar problems.
