Title:Računalniška simulacija zlepnega spoja na tlačni posodi

Abstract:Cilj diplomskega dela je obravnava računalniške simulacije zlepnega spoja na tlačni posodi. V prvem delu je obravnavana priprava preizkušancev na enoosni strižni preizkus. Za rezultate strižnega preizkusa so preračunane materialne veličine, ki so potrebne za definiranje kohezivnega kontakta med površinama. Ustvarjena je računalniška simulacija enoosnega strižnega preizkusa, zaradi preveritve ustreznosti določenih parametrov. Računalniška simulacija tlačne posode je izvedena pri dveh različnih obremenitvah z enakimi materialnimi lastnostmi pločevine in adhezivnega sredstva, kot pri simulaciji strižnega preizkusa. Medij tlačne posode je zrak pri sobni temperaturi. Računalniška simulacija tlačne posode je izvedena pri dveh različnih obremenitvah. V rezultatih je prikazana strižna trdnost zlepnega spoja ob obremenitvah.

Title:Computational simulation of adhesive joint on pressure vessel
Abstract:The aim of the thesis is to analyse a computational simulation of adhesive joint on pressure vessel. At the beginning, the preparation of the test pieces for a single axial shear test is explained. Material quantities are calculated for the shear test, which are necessary for defining a cohesive contact between the surfaces. Because of the confirmation finesses of the certain parameters, a computer simulation of the uniaxial shear test has been made. The computational simulation of the pressure vessel is carried out at two different loads that has the same material properties of the sheet and the adhesive agent as in the simulation of the shear test. The medium of the pressure vessel is air with room temperature. In the thesis, we carried out two different loads at the computational simulation of the adhesive joint on pressure vessel. The results are analysed and the shear strength of the adhesive joint at load is presented.
