Abstract:
V magistrskem delu je predstavljen razvoj varilne priprave za varjenje ogrodje stroja »Topturn«. Varilna priprava je potrebna zato, ker se je zaradi posodobitev in novih trendov konstrukcija stroja bistveno spremenila. Omogočila bo varjenje vseh velikosti ogrodja stroja v celici varilnega robota. Priprava je zasnovana tako, da lahko ogrodje stroja vpnemo v predpisano tolerančno področje. Če pri varjenju pride do kakršnegakoli premikanja varjencev, lahko ogrodje stroja prestavimo v nadmero ali obratno. V nadaljevanju je opisan postopek konstruiranja in izdelave tehniške dokumentacije ter navodil za uporabo varilne priprave. V zaključku je opisan povzetek končne izvedbe konstrukcije priprave

Title:
Design of jig for welding machine frame
Abstract:
The master thesis describes the development of a jig welding device, which is used for welding the frame for the »Topturn« machine. The new jig welding device is needed because of updates and new trends, that significantly changed the machines construction. The jig welding device will make it possible to weld all sizes of »Topturn« machine in one robot welding cell. The jig is designed in a way, that allows us to clamp the machine frame in a predefined tolerance area. If there is any movement of the material during the welding proces, we can put the frame in the excess area. In further pages is the description of the construction process with technical documentation and an instruction for the jig welding device. In conclusion is the summary on the final execution of the construction of the jig.
