Title:Vpliv vampnega soka na kalitev semena topolistne kislice (Rumex obtusifolius L.)

Abstract:Leta 2017 smo na Fakulteti za kmetijstvo in biosistemske vede Univerze v Mariboru izvedli poskus, v katerem smo ugotavljali, kako proces konzerviranja (travna silaža in skladiščenje pri sobni temperaturi) in izpostavljenost mikrobni prebavi goveda (in vitro namakanje v vampnem soku za 24, 36 in 48 ur) vplivata na energijo kalitve in skupni delež kalečih semen topolistne kislice (Rumex obtusifolius L.). Kalilni poskusi so bili izvedeni v štirih ponovitvah v kalilni omari (14 ur svetlobe pri temperaturi 23 °C in 75 % vlažnosti, tema je trajala 10 ur pri temperaturi 17 °C in 75 % vlažnosti). Ugotavljamo, da se je kalivost semena, ki je bilo izpostavljeno skladiščenju pri sobni temperaturi in vampnemu soku, zmanjšala. Seme, ki je bilo izpostavljeno procesu siliranja in vampnemu soku, pa je kalivost popolnoma izgubilo.

Title:Rumen fluid effect on board-leaved dock (Rumex obtusifolius L.) seed germination
Abstract:In 2017, an experiment to determine how the process of preservation (grass silage, storage at room temperature) and the exposure to microbial digestion of cattle (in vitro irrigation in the rumen juice for 24, 36 and 48 hours) influences the germination energy and the total proportion of spouted broad–leaved dock (Rumex obtusifolius L.) seeds was conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences of the University of Maribor. The germination tests were carried out in four replicates in the gastric cavity (14 hours of light at the temperature of 23 °C and 75 % humidity, the darkness lasted for 10 hours at 17 °C and 75 % humidity). It has been established that the germination of seeds which have been exposed to storage at room temperature and rumen juice have decreased. However, the seeds which have been exposed to the process of silage and rumen juice have completely lost their germination.
