Title:Optimalna uskladitev usmerjenih nadtokovnih relejev v radialnih in zazankanih omrežjih z integrirano razpršeno proizvodnjo

Abstract:V magistrskem delu obravnavamo problematiko optimalne uskladitve usmerjenih nadtokovnih relejev v radialnih in zazankanih omrežjih, kjer imamo priključeno razpršeno proizvodnjo. V šest zbiralčno radialno in štirinajst zbiralčno zazankano omrežje, na naključna, vendar poljubna mesta, priključimo vetrne elektrarne kot razpršene vire, saj imajo te v primerih kratkih stikov na omrežju nelinearno karakteristiko impedance v odvisnosti od napetosti na priključeni zbiralki. Usmerjenim nadtokovnim relejem v omrežjih predpišemo obe možni vlogi, tako osnovno kot rezervno. Z nastavitvijo le teh poskušamo, kjer se da, brez komunikacije med releji, zagotoviti vsem zahtevanim kriterijem zaščitnih elementov, še posebej selektivnosti in zanesljivosti. Ugotovili smo, da lahko temu zadostimo le v primerih radialnih omrežjih ali zazankanih omrežjih z enojno zanko. Pri zazankanih omrežjih z več zankami je za zagotavljanje vsega zahtevanega nujno vpeljati komunikacije med releji. Izračune izvedemo z optimizacijskim algoritmom diferenčne evolucije.

Title:Optimal coordination of directional overcurrent relays in radial and loop networks with integrated distributed generation
Abstract:Master's thesis deals with the problem of optimal coordination of directional overcurrent relays in radial and loop networks, where we have included distributed generation. In six bus radial and fourteen bus loop networks, at random, but arbitrary locations, wind turbines are included as distributed sources, since they have, in cases of short-circuits in the network, non-linear impedance characteristic as a function of voltage on the connected bus. To directional over-current relays in the network we prescribe both possible roles, which are primary and backup. By setting them we try to provide, without communication between relays, all the required criteria of the protective elements, especially selectivity and reliability. We came to the conclusion that this can only be achieved in cases of radial or loop networks with one loop. In case of loop networks with multiple loops, it is essential to establish communication between relays in order to provide all requirements. Calculations are performed by using optimization algorithm of differential evolution.
