Title:Odprtozančno in zaprtozančno vodenje dvižnega sistema

Abstract:V diplomskem delu sta zasnovana in opisana krmilni sistem in program, ki je bil izdelan za namensko dvižno napravo. Program je izdelan v programskem okolju TwinCAT 3 in se izvaja na krmilniku CX5010. Napravo sestavljajo mini agregat z ventili in hidravlični valj, ki je pritrjen na posebno aluminijasto konstrukcijo. Vodena je s pomočjo krmilne letve, ki zajema stikala, tipkali, potenciometer in krmilno palico. Sistem dopušča možnost preklopa med tremi različnimi načini vodenja. Diskretno vodenje se izvaja s pomočjo dveh tipkal, zvezno s pomočjo krmilne palice in zaprtozančno z dvema potenciometroma. Zasnovan je bil tudi grafični vmesnik za vizualizacijo, ki še dodatno olajša razumevanje delovanja.

Title:Open-Loop and closed-loop controlled lifting system
Abstract:The diploma describes a system and a program that were made for a custom lifting device. The program was created in the TwinCAT 3 enviroment and is being executed on a CX5010 controller. The device consists of a small hydraulic system with valves and a cylinder, which is attached to a special aluminium construction. It is controlled through a control panel that consists of switches, buttons, a potentiometer and a joystick. The system allows the operator to choose between three different kinds of control. Discrete control is being executed with two buttons, continuous control with a joystick and closed-loop control with two potentiometers. A graphic interface was also made for easier visualisation, which makes the understanding of the operations even easier.
