Title:Uvedba pametne maloserijske proizvodnje s programsko rešitvijo ccleap

Abstract:Svet še nikoli ni bil medsebojno tako globalno povezan, zato lokalna podjetja ne konkurirajo samo na lokalni ravni, ampak z vsemi ostalimi podjetji po svetu. Prav zaradi tega se je pojavila potreba po informatizaciji in avtomatizaciji poslovnih ter proizvodnih procesov. Ker v preteklosti programske opreme niso bile povezane oziroma integrirane, so se sčasoma razvile standardne celovite informacijske rešitve, ki so poenotile podatke med različnimi procesi v podjetju. Kot so se razvile rešitve na področju ERP (poslovnoinformacijski sistem, ang. Enterprise Resource Planning), so se tudi na področju informacijskih sistemov v proizvodnji pojavile standardne rešitve MES (sistemi za upravljanje proizvodnih procesov, ang. Manufacturing Execution System), ker pa praviloma sistemi za upravljanje ne morejo delovati samostojno, so v večini primerov integrirani s poslovnim sistemom v podjetju. V prvem delu so predstavljeni osnovni pojmi informacijskih sistemov, nato so opisani proizvodni sistemi za organizacijo, planiranje, sledenje in vrste proizvodnih procesov. V osrednjem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljen poslovnoinformacijski sistem v povezavi s proizvodnim informacijskim sistemom z osnovnimi pojmi za razumevanje obeh sistemov. Zadnji del je opis rešitve CCLEAP (ang. Computer Controlled Lean Production) za pisarno in proizvodnjo ter uporaba rešitve v realnem proizvodnem procesu. Diplomsko delo poudari pomen in kompleksnost rešitve CCLEAP z integracijo poslovnoinformacijskega sistema v podjetju, s katerim se pridobi popoln nadzor nad procesi.

Title:The introduction of smart small series production with the ccleap software solution
Abstract:The world was never so mutually connected, that is why the companies don’t have competition only on a local basis, but also with all the others around the globe. As a result, the need arise for a computerization and automatization of business and manufacturing processes. Because the programming equipment was not connected or integrated in the past, the solution was to develop a standard, complete information solution, which unified the data between different processes in a company. Solutions were developed in the area of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) as well as in the area of information systems in the manufacturing called MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Because the management systems cannot function on their own, they are in most cases integrated into the business system of a company. The first part of the thesis introduces the basic concepts of information systems, followed by a manufacturing system for organization, planning, tracking and types of manufacturing processes. The middle part of the thesis is about the presentation of the business-information system in connection with the manufacturing system offering basic facts for a better understanding of both systems. The last part of the thesis is the description of CCLEAP (Computer Controlled Lean Production) for the office and manufacture and the application of the solution in a real manufacturing process. The thesis implies the meaning and complexity of the CCLEAP solution with the integration of the business-information system in companies, which would like total control over their processes.
