Title:Model HRM v turizmu, na podlagi Dialektične teorije sistemov
Abstract:Model upravljanja človeških virov (Human Resources Management – HRM) ponazarja vključevanje trendov upravljanja človeških virov in trendov v turizmu v dialektičen sistem s pomočjo Dialektične teorije sistemov (Dialectical Systems Theory – DST). Strategija upravljanja človeških virov, vključena v strategijo turistične organizacije (Tourism Organization – TO) se izvaja s pomočjo funkcionalnih strategij, ki svojim uporabnikom pomagajo doseči zadostno in ustrezno celovito (Requisitely Holistic – RH) strategijo upravljanja človeških virov, ki naj bi nadomestila doslej prevladujoče enostranske. Strategija turistične organizacije zajema: zaposlene (1) načrtovanje, (2) pridobivanje in izbor, (3) razvoj in usposabljanje, (4) upravljanje raznolikosti, (5) skupinsko delo in ustvarjalnost, (6) motivacijo in nagrajevanje, (7) zmanjševanje stresa in zdravje, (8) odnose, (9) osebno celovitost, (10) dobro počutje, (11) delo in ocenjevanje rezultatov; itd. Vsakdo šteje, medsebojna sinergija je odločilnega pomena. Posodobljen model upravljanja človeških virov, namenjen turističnim organizacijam upošteva RH zaposlenih in organizacije, poleg tega pa vkljucčje vsa nova znanja o upravljanju človeških virov. Upravljanje človeških virov je eno glavnih orodij vodilnih delavcev v podjetju. Upravljanje človeških virov v turističnih organizacijah, kjer so zaposleni ključnega pomena, mora biti ustrezno prilagojeno.
