Opis:Starševstvo je proces, ki je za vsakega posameznika drugačen. Skupno življenje v družini deluje tako, da ima vsak član znotraj nje pravice in dolžnosti. Mati in oče se v vzgoji dopolnjujeta in imata enako odgovornost do otrok. Da se družina in starševstvo razvijata, se mora razvijati tudi odnos med staršema, saj je partnerski odnos sistem v družinskem sistemu. Starša morata pri vzgoji otok nastopati enotno, saj to pomeni trdnost, jasnost, zanesljivost in oporo. V vzgoji, kjer pa starša ne delujeta enotno, se le-ta hitro znajde v slepi ulici. Starša ne moreta vedno imeti enakega mnenja in enakih odločitev, zato je dobro, da tega ne pokažeta pred otrokom, ampak se podpreta in dogovorita, kako bosta naslednjič ukrepala ob podobnem dogodku. Diplomsko delo tvorita teoretični in empirični del. V teoriji je predstavljena neenotna vzgoja v družini. Opisane so vloge matere in očeta, kako delujeta kot starša in kot zakonca. Predstavljene so bistvene razlike med enotno vzgojo in neenotno vzgojo v družini. Opisali smo tudi, kakšno vlogo imajo stari starši in ločeni starši na neenotnost v vzgoji. V empiričnem delu je bilo za potrebe raziskave preverjeno, ali starši poznajo neenotno vzgojo v družini in kako ukrepajo ob zaznavi. Anketni vprašalnik je bil namenjen staršem predšolskih otrok iz širše okolice Slovenije. Dobljeni rezultati so bili obdelani s programom SPSS. Pri analizi je bila posvečena posebna pozornost preverjanju razlik glede na starost, vlogo anketiranca do otroka in tip družine, v kateri živi anketiranec. Ugotovitve kažejo, da so starši seznanjeni s pojmom neenotne vzgoje, z njo pogosto spopadajo ter ob zaznavi le-te ustrezno ukrepajo. Ena izmed ugotovitev je ta, da neenotna vzgoja pri otroku pusti več negativnih kot pozitivnih posledic. Na podlagi odgovorov v anketnem vprašalniku je bilo opaženo, da imajo stari starši velik vpliv na vzgojo v družini.

Naslov:Parent's view of family education and perception of eventual disunity
Opis:Parenthood is a process, that is individual for every single person. Living together as a family means that evry person in the family has his/her own rules, chores and responsibilities. Mother and father both raise their children with the same responsibilities. Relationship between parents must develop all the time because it is a system in a family system. Both parents must work as one by rasing the children because it is the only way to be successful. Otherwise it is not successful. It can happen that parents do not agree in some things and in such a way it is important that they do not show it in front of their children but they talk about it and find the way how to handle it when it happens again. My diploma-work consist of two parts: the theoretical one and the practical one. Disordant views in the family education are presented in the first part. Mother`s and father`s roles are described as parents and as husband and wife. The most basic differences between unified and non-unified education are described. The role of parents living together and parents who are divorced are also described and it was found out what influence they have on bringing up the children. In empirical part it is shown how well parents are familiar with non-unified education and what they do when they find out that their education is non-unified.The questionnarie was made among parents of pre-school children in Slovenia. The results were processed with the SPSS program. We observed the differences in ages, the role of interviewee to the child and the type of a family in which the interviewee lives. It was found out that parents are awered with the non-unified education and that they know how to handle when it happens. They also know that such kind of education can have negative effects on their children. It was also found out that grandparents have a big influence on rasing the children.
