Abstract:Javna dela so poseben program v okviru ukrepa kreiranja delovnih mest, ki je eden izmed zakonsko določenih ukrepov aktivne politike zaposlovanja. Namenjena so aktiviranju dolgotrajno brezposelnih oseb, ki so več kot eno leto neprekinjeno prijavljene v evidenci brezposelnih oseb, njihovi socialni vključenosti, ohranitvi ali razvoju delovnih sposobnosti ter spodbujanju razvoja novih delovnih mest. Programe izvajajo neprofitni delodajalci. Osebe, ki so vključene v program javnih del imajo zagotovljeno plačo, povrnjene stroške prehrane med delom in potne stroške, letni dopust in regres za letni dopust, spodbudo in podporo mentorja ter usposabljanje za opravljanje dela. Pogodba o zaposlitvi zaradi opravljanja javnih del je urejena Zakonu o delovnih razmerjih, njene posebnosti pa so urejene v Zakonu o urejanju trga dela, financiranje javnih del je podrobneje določeno v Pravilniku o izboru in sofinanciranju programov javnih del.

Title:Public works
Abstract:Public works are special program within the framework of action to create jobs, which is one of statutory measures of active employment policy. They are intended for activation of the long-term unemployed, who are more than one year continuously registered in the records of unemployed persons, their social inclusion, preserving or developing skills and promoting the development of new jobs. Carried out by non-profit employers. Persons involved in public works program are guaranteed a salary, reimbursement for meals during work and travel expenses, annual leave and annual leave, incentive and mentor support and training to perform the work. Employment Contract for the provision of public works is governed by the Zakon o delovnih razmerjih, its specifics are regulated by the Zakon o urejanju trga dela, financing public works is further defined in the Pravilnik o izboru in sofinanciranju programov javnih del.
