Abstract:Stres je postal del našega poklicnega življenja. Vzroke za stres lahko najdemo v našem delovnem okolju, delovnih pogojih in nas samih. Zaradi stresa smo ljudje skozi različna obdobja v preteklosti preživeli, prav zato stres smatramo tudi kot pozitiven pojav, saj nam je omogočil preživetje. Zelo podoben je elektrošokom, naredi nas budne, daje nam energijo in poviša našo učinkovitost. Stres nam lahko zelo hitro škodi in nas ogroža, kadar so zahteve iz okolja večje od naših sposobnosti. V delovnem okolju so to zahteve v zvezi z delom, delovnim mestom, načinom dela, organizacijo dela, odnosih v podjetju in še mnoge druge zahteve. Le-te so vir ali vzrok stresa v delovnem okolju. Preobremenjenost v službi je v naši dobi eden izmed zelo pomembnih vzrokov, ki so odgovorni za nastanek stresa. Ne samo za posameznike tudi za podjetje je pomembno, da odkrije vzroke stresa ter jih začne postopoma odpravljati. Tako se bodo podjetja izognila posledicam, ki jih ima stres na celotno njihovo poslovanje; le-te so: upad produktivnosti, večji stroški, manjša motiviranost in predanost podjetju, s tem zmanjšanje konkurenčnosti, tržnega položaja podjetja in podobno. Posledice stresa so številne tudi za posameznika. Poznajo se na našem telesu kot bolezen, kakor tudi na spremenjenem vedenju, mislih, čustvih in psihi. Zaradi tega smo v delu diplomskega projekta stres analizirali med vodilnimi v podjetju Panvita d.d. ter ugotovili, da je prisoten pri njihovem delu. Zato smo podali nekatere predloge, s pomočjo katerih bi lahko zmanjšali posledice stresa.

Title:Stress level analysis of employees at Panvita d.d.
Abstract:Stress became part of our business life. We can find causes for business or working stress, in our working environment, working conditions and in us. Stress is positive phenomenon, which made survival possible for us in the past. It is similar to electricity-raises attentiveness; it is increasing energy and its efficiency. Stress is harmful and dangerous when demands from environment are larger than our abilities. Demands in our working environment are these: working demands, manner of work, organization at work, relations between employees and similar. These are causes of stress in working environment. Not only for individuals, it is also important for companies that they find out causes of stress, and they start to abolish them gradually. This would help to avoid consequences that stress have on the entire company. These consequences are: fall of productivity, larger costs, fall of competitiveness, worse market position of company and similar. Consequences of stress are numerous also for individuals. They are shown on our body as disease, and also on changed knowing, thoughts, emotions and psyches. For this reason, in graduate seminar we analyzed the stress among the leaders in the company Panvita d.d. We have found that the stress in their work is present. Therefore, we proposed some suggestions to help to reduce the effects of stress.
