Abstract:Ustvarjalnost zahteva pogum, da izrazimo svoj pogled in ideje ter da se nehamo oklepati gotovosti. Čeprav je vrhunska ustvarjalnost relativno redka, se preprosta iznajdljivost pojavi pri vseh ljudeh. Prav to iznajdljivost je treba spodbujati, da čez čas preraste v ustvarjalnost. V diplomskem projektu smo ugotovili, da je ustvarjalen prav vsak posameznik, ki išče ter na koncu tudi najde nekaj novega. Ustvarjalno mišljenje in s tem tudi metode so vsekakor zelo pomembne v vsakdanjem življenju, saj lahko preko njih pridemo do najrazličnejših in zanimivih idej. Poleg tega pa lahko preko njih rešimo še tako kompleksen problem. Problem, ki smo si ga zastavili, temelji na oživitvi trgovsko poslovnega centra City v Mariboru. Sam center se nahaja na sredi poslovnega središča mesta in je tako rekoč obdan z vsemi pomembnejšimi institucijami mesta Maribor. Prav vsak prebivalec mesta lahko potrdi, da omenjen center še zdaleč ni to, kar je bil včasih. Da se mestnemu jedru ne godi najbolje, lahko opazi prav vsak, ki se v popoldanskih urah odpravi po mestnih ulicah. Kljub izredno dobri lokaciji, trgovsko poslovni center nekako nazaduje. Menimo, da bi ga lahko z dobrimi idejami ponovno povzdignili med konkurenčne trgovsko poslovne centre. Prav metode ustvarjalnega mišljenja lahko pomagajo pri iskanju idej in rešitev za zastavljeni problem. Osredotočili smo se na dve skupini, in sicer na individualne metode in skupinske metode ustvarjalnega mišljenja, preko katerih pa smo na koncu prišli do zanimivih in predvsem koristnih idej. Potrdili smo predvidevanje, da se trgovsko poslovni center City v Mariboru srečuje s preveliko konkurenco na trgu. Dejstvo je, da morajo vsa večja in tudi manjša podjetja, ki želijo v današnjem času uspeti, vlagati v svoj razvoj na vseh področjih. Omenjenemu centru pa prav tega primanjkuje. Preko dveh sklopov metod, smo prišli do velikega števila idej, ki bi dejansko lahko koristile in predvsem pripomogle k temu, da bi se center vsaj približal temu, kar je včasih dejansko bil.

Title:The methods of creative thinking at the revival of the business center city maribor
Abstract:Creativity takes courage in order to broaden our horizons and stop holding on to what believe to be certain. Although the highest standards of creativity do not come by easily, it is the simplest everyday resourcefulness that can be found in every human being. Moreover, this resourcefulness needs to be encouraged in order to grow into creativity. In the course of the diploma project paper we came to the conclusion, that every person, who is searching and at the end finds something new, is considered to be resourceful. Creative thinking and the methods connected to it are an important part of our everyday life, since they enable us to find new and exciting ideas. Moreover, they can also provide a solution to the even most complicated problems. The main focus of this diploma project paper is to discuss the problem of the revival of the shopping and business center City, which is located in Maribor. The center is situated in the middle of the town center and is surrounded by every so-called important institution in Maribor. Unfortunately, every resident of Maribor can confirm, that the center has lost its glory a long time ago. That the town center is not doing well can be seen by everyone who takes an afternoon walk on the streets of Maribor. Despite the great location, the shopping and business center has started to fall behind. We believe that some great business ideas could help revive the center and bring it back to its old glory. The methods of creative thinking can be helpful while searching for ideas and trying to find a solution for the problem. We focused on two groups, the creative methods and the group methods of creative thinking, which at the end, enabled us to find interesting and beneficial ideas. We confirmed the assumption that the shopping and business center City is facing too much competition on the market. Fact is that nowadays big and small companies, who want to succeed in the business world, have to invest in the development of every business branch. And that is what the City center is missing. With the help of the two methods mentioned above we were able to find a great amount of ideas that could actually benefit the center and help make it successful again.
