Abstract:Tema diplomske naloge je razvoj in implementacija aplikacije za zajemanje parametrov pralnega stroja v proces testiranja stabilnosti pralnih strojev. Predstavljena je zgradba pralnega stroja ter razložena problematika nestabilnega delovanja pralnega stroja zaradi pojava prekomerne ekscentrične mase v bobnu pralnega stroja. Opisan je postopek izdelave ožičenja laboratorija za prenos podatkov in prikazan pravilen priklop računalnika na krmilno enoto pralnega stroja za vzpostavitev serijske povezave. Aplikacija za zajem parametrov je izdelana v programskem okolju LabVIEW, njena zgradba in delovanje pa sta tudi podrobneje predstavljena.

Title:Development of data acquisition programe for washing machine
Abstract:The theme of this diploma work is development and implementation of data acquisition program for washing machine. We have described the structure of a washing machine and explained the problematics with washing machine instability as a conscience of an increased eccentric weight in the drum. The goal was to develop the data acquisition software which is made in LabVIEW and implement the software into the testing process. To secure the data transfer between the washing machine and personal computer we also had to make the needed wiring. The developed data acquisition program allows us to get more data and consequently better test results.
