Abstract:Vertikalno komuniciranje je dvosmerno komuniciranje - povraten proces.Predstavimo vertikalno komuniciranje med nadrejenimi in podrejenimi v podjetju in vpliv na uspeh podjetja.Predstavitev različnih vrst komuniciranja, vplivov komuniciranja na človeka. Opišemo povezanost vertikalnega komuniciranja,medsebojnih odnosov in uspeh podjetja. V empiričnem delu diplomskega projekta z odgovori na vprašanja, ki se navezujejo na vertikalno komuniciranje in medsebojne odnose med nadrejenimi in podrejenimi, potrdimo ali ovržemo hipoteze, ki jih postavimo v uvodnem delu.

Title:Awarness of the importance of vertical communication between superiors and subordinate in the company and impact on the (un) success of the company
Abstract:Vertical communication is two-way communication with reversible process. We introduce vertical communication between superiors and subordinate in the company and impact on the success of the company. We also introduce different types of communication, impact of communication on human beeing. We describe connections between vertical communication, relationships and success of the company. We answer different questions about vertical communication and relationships between superiors and subordinates in the empirical part of the project and confirm or reject hypothesis from introduction part.
