Abstract:Ekološka pridelava zelenjave ni samo način pridelave, temveč zavzema širok spekter aktivnosti v kmetijstvu. Uporabili smo dva kultivarja 'Hannibal' in 'Striker F1'. Vključenih je bilo pet obravnavanj: (i) por brez podsevka – okopan, (ii) por + pozna setev bele detelje – neopleto, (iii) por + rana setev bele detelje – opleto, (iv) por + pozna setev bele detelje – opleto in (v) por na tkani prekrivki. Pojav naleta resarjev smo spremljali v dveh različnih terminih.

Title:The occurence of onion thrips on leek, depending on the production method
Abstract:Ecological production of vegetables is not only a mode of production, but occupies a wide range of other activities in agriculture. Correct measures are contributing to a better quality of crops and as defense against pests. In the year 2013 we set up an experiment on the field as a part of the international project InterVeg at the University Agricultural Center UAC in Pivola, a settlement near Maribor. The experiment lasted throughout the growing period of leek, this is from April until October. In the time of growing period, we have chosen two different terms when we set up sticky blue baits to perform trapping of thrips. The first term of the setting up the baits was on the 23. 8. 2013 and the other term was on the 4. 9. 2013. The main purpose of the study was to examine the effect of different treatments of smother crops and woven crop overlaps on the occurrence of Thrips tabaci Lind. on the leek (Allium porrum L.), which was the main crop. We used two varieties of cultivar "Hannibal" and "Striker F1”. In this study five treatments were included: (i) leek as a monoculture – bathed, (ii) leek + late sowing of a white clover – unweeded, (iii) leek + early sowing of a white clover – weeded, (iv) leek + late sowing of a white clover – weeded, (v) leek on the woven crop overlaps. The occurrence of collision of the thrips was monitored at two different times. The study showed that there was statistically significantly lower number of caught thrips on leek in late sowing of a white clover on the unweeded field. However, from the time aspect of setting up the traps, the catch was statistically significant lower on traps put in the leek plantation in the second time period.
