Title:Vzroki in posledice stresa ter primerjava le-tega v določenih samostojnih podjetjih

Abstract:Dandanes se nenehno srečujemo s številnimi obveznostmi, problemi, nenehnim hitenjem in pomanjkanjem časa in stres za nas predstavlja nekaj neizogibnega. Pojavil se je že pred tisočletji, ko je ljudem pomagal skozi preživetje, danes pa za ljudi predstavlja zahrbtnost in nasploh nekaj slabega. Ljudje stresu ne posvečajo dovolj časa in pozornosti, kar pa predstavlja največje posledice. Ob pojavu stresa se pri posamezni osebi lahko pojavijo številni simptomi, in sicer telesni, vedenjski, čustveni kot tudi miselni. Stres je zaradi vseh svojih posledic, ki jih povzroča, dobil pri ljudeh negativno podobo, čeprav stres do neke mere ljudem koristi. Pospeši človekovo storilnost, ga napolni z dodatno energijo in daje motivacijo za delo. Kadar posameznik stresa ne zna oziroma ga več ne more obvladati, pa stres presega njegove sposobnosti in ima negativen vpliv. Kar dokazuje, da je stres večdimenzionalen pojav, saj lahko obenem na človeka vpliva pozitivno ali negativno. Pojavlja se vsakodnevno ali občasno, povzročijo pa ga lahko notranji ali zunanji dejavniki, lahko ima kratkotrajen ali dolgotrajen vpliv. Magistrsko delo vsebuje teoretični kot tudi empirični del. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo opredelili stres na splošno ter se osredotočili na vzroke in posledice stresa zaposlenih na delovnem mestu, navedli pa smo tudi, kako premagati stres pri posamezniku. Stres postaja zelo velik problem delovnega sveta. Ne prizadene samo zaposlenega v podjetju, ampak tudi podjetje samo. Izhaja lahko iz delovnega okolja zaposlenega, delovnega mesta, kulture podjetja, medsebojnih odnosov ipd. Stres lahko vpliva pozitivno in tako poveča storilnost zaposlenih. V primeru negativnega vpliva pa to za podjetje lahko predstavlja zelo velik strošek. V empiričnem delu magistrskega dela smo skušali teorije različnih avtorjev podkrepiti z raziskavo, do katere smo prišli s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Anketni vprašalnik je bilo pripravljeno izpolniti 21 samostojnih podjetnikov. Skupno je bilo v anketni vprašalnik vključenih 26 oseb, od tega 21 lastnikov samostojnih podjetji in 5 zaposlenih v izbranih podjetjih. S pomočjo programa SPSS smo opravili analizo pridobljenih odgovorov in preverili hipoteze, ki smo jih zastavili v magistrskem delu. S pomočjo raziskave smo ugotovili, kateri so najpogostejši dejavniki, ki pri zaposlenih povzročajo stres. Ugotovili smo, kakšen vpliv ima stres na psihično stanje zaposlenih, katere so najpogostejše zdravstvene težave zaposlenih. Ugotovili smo, ali ima stres na delovnem mestu vpliv na njihovo razporejanje časa in ali čas koristijo, kot bi si ga želeli. Ugotovili smo, da zaposlenim največji vir stresa predstavlja preveč dela in sprejemanje pomembnih odločitev ter, da zaposleni, ki svojega časa ne razporejajo, kot bi si želeli, poročajo o več vedenjskih znakih prekomernega stresa.

Title:Comparing causes and counsequenses of stress in some sole traiders
Abstract:Nowadays we constantly face many responsibilities, problems, we are in constant rush and lack of time. Stress is something inevitable for us. It has been with us for centuries. It helped people survive and today it means something treacherous, something bad in general. People do not give stress enough time and attention, which bring consequences. Stress can be a result of physical, behavioural, emotional and thinking symptoms. It has received a negative connotation because of the consequences it brings to people even though it can be beneficial to a certain point. It encourages productivity and gives the person an additional energy and motivation for work. But when an individual can not control stress anymore, it has a negative effect as it exceeds its capability. This proves that stress is a more-dimensional occurrence as it can have both positive and a negative effect on a person. It occurs daily or occasionally and it is caused by internal or external factor and it can have a long or short term influence. The masters thesis includes a theoretical and empirical part. In theoretical part of the masters thesis we defined stress in general and focused on the causes and consequences of stress on the employees at work. We also explained how to overcome stress. Stress is becoming a big problem at work. It does not affect only the employee but also the company itself. It can be a consequence of the environment of the employee, of work, of the company’s culture, interrelations, etc. Stress can also have a positive impact and increases the employee’s productivity. But in case of negative impact of stress, it can be a big expense for the company. In the empirical part of the thesis we tried to support the authors’ theories with a research in form of a questionnaire. 21 private entrepreneurs completed the questionnaire. 26 people were included in the questionnaire, 21 private entrepreneurs and 5 employees in chosen companies. We analysed the answers and confirmed and refuted the hypothesis with SPSS programme. We found out which are the most common factors that cause stress on the employees. We also found out how stress affects the physical health of the employees and which are the most common health problems of the employees. We found out if stress impacts their time management and if time is managed as they like. The biggest factor of stress on the employees is work overload and accepting important decisions. Employees also do not manage their time as the like, which shows the behavioural factors of stress.
