Abstract:Obdobje 21. stoletja zaznamuje nenehen razvoj. V izbranem podjetju bomo preučili analizo preteklega izobraževanja in nato povzeli zahteve za organizacijo dogodkov. Predlagali bomo kombinacijo orodij in to tudi pojasnili. Na koncu bomo preverili zastavljene hipoteze.

Title:Cloud computing for event management in small organizations: a case analysis
Abstract:The period of the 21st century is marked by a continuous development. In recent year the 'cloud computing' became an important discussion topic. The cloud services potentials for business are elaborated not only from the information technology perspective, but more importantly by the business users. The organization of an event requires a lot of preparation and hard work for the event to be conducted in a way, the organizer has conceived it. With the combination of cloud services we can help with the preparation and realization of an event. Cloud services can speed up the preparations, make a lot of tasks easier and improve the event itself. The first part of the master's thesis represents the theoretical framework, which includes the organization of events, cloud services and the related requirements analysis. Each chapter is further detailed with definitions for an easier understanding of the purpose and effects of cloud computing services on the improvement of business efficiency. In the second part of the master's thesis we present a case analysis results, where we try to determine how cloud services can contribute to better business efficiency. At the selected company we analyse and educative event execution and then summarize the requirements for the event organization. Next we propose a combination of appropriate cloud services. With the comparison of the requirement analysis and cloud services capabilities, we can support the theses hypothesis.
