Title:Spanje otrok in odhod iz vrtca kot elementa rutinskih dejavnosti

Abstract:Diplomsko delo je bilo osredinjeno na dva elementa dnevne rutine v vrtcu – spanje otrok in odhod iz vrtca. V teoretičnem delu smo s pomočjo študije literature predstavili bistvo prikritega kurikuluma in dnevne rutine, nato pa podrobno opisali spanje otrok v vrtcu. Slednje smo razčlenili na sam potek spanja v vrtcu, umirjanje otrok pred spanjem in prostor v času spanja. Sledila je predstavitev odhoda otrok iz vrtca, sestavljena iz opisa poteka odhoda in dejavnosti ter komunikacije ob odhodu. Opredelili smo tudi pojem kakovost ter predstavili zagotavljanje kakovosti v vrtcu. V empiričnem delu smo bili pozorni na obstoj razlik glede na delovno mesto (vzgojitelj, pomočnik vzgojitelja) in starost otrok pri načinu umirjanja otrok pred spanjem, poteku in organizaciji spanja, zadolžitvah strokovnih delavcev v vrtcu med spanjem oz. počitkom otrok, dejavnostih za nespeče otroke in dejavnostih pred odhodom iz vrtca, času odhoda ter izmenjavi informacij med strokovnimi delavci in starši ob odhodu iz vrtca. Podatki so bili zbrani s pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov za vzgojitelje in pomočnike vzgojiteljev, obdelani s statističnim programom SPSS, obenem prikazani v preglednicah in interpretirani. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da se pri umirjanju otrok pred spanjem oz. počitkom pojavljajo tako razlike glede na delovno mesto kakor glede na starost otrok. To je bilo ugotovljeno tudi za zadolžitve strokovnih delavcev med spanjem oz. počitkom otrok, dejavnosti nespečih otrok in za izmenjavo informacij od odhodu iz vrtca. Pri poteku in organizaciji spanja oz. počitka ter pri dejavnostih otrok pred odhodom so bile ugotovljene zgolj razlike glede na starost otrok, medtem ko je bila pri času odhoda ugotovljena zgolj razlika glede na delovno mesto.

Title:Children's sleep and leaving kindergarten as routine activities
Abstract:In this diploma thesis, we focused on the two elements of a daily routine in kindergarten − sleeping of children and children’s departure time. Through the study of literature, we presented the essence of hidden curriculum and daily routine in the theoretical part. Then we brought a detailed description of sleeping of children, which was broken down into the course of sleeping of children, calming bedtime routine and a sleeping area. This was followed by children’s departure time, which consists of a description of the course of departure, activities and communication at the point of departure. The concept of quality was defined and quality assurance in kindergarten was introduced. In the empirical part, we focused on the existence of differences with respect to the post (kindergarten teacher, kindergarten teacher assistant) and the children’s age in the way of calming bedtime routine, the course and organisation of sleep, assignments of practitioners during sleeping or napping, activities for children having sleeping disorders, activities before children’s departure time, activities at the point of departure and the exchange of information between practitioners and parents at the point of departure. Data were collected using the questionnaires completed by the kindergarten teachers and kindergarten teacher assistants. They were processed with the SPSS statistical program, presented in tabular form and interpreted. The differences in the way of calming bedtime routine were noted with respect to the post, as well as the age of the children. This also applies to the assignments of practitioners during sleeping or napping of children, activities for children having sleeping disorders and the exchange of information at the point of departure. In the course of organizing sleeping or napping and the activities before children’s departure time only the differences regarding the children’s age were found, whereas in the children’s departure time a difference was found only regarding the post.
