Title:Konstruiranje več gnezdnega gumarskega orodja za brizganje tesnil za ladijski ventilator

Abstract:V prvem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljeno konstruiranje 64-gnezdnega orodja za brizganje gume (EPDM 30). Samo orodje je bilo potrebno skonstruirati tako, da je ustrezno zaščiteno in priročno za posluževalca, hkrati pa smo s konstrukcijo moral doseči vse potrebne pogoje za izdelavo orodja, pri katerem gre za zahtevno obliko. Pri tem smo izvedli delitev s tremi gravurnimi ploščami. Za samo orodje smo določili tudi standardne vodilne elemente in preračunali potrebno moč grelcev. V drugem delu je prikazano modeliranje elektrode za potopno erozijo, s katero smo lahko izdelali celotno gravuro po kupčevih zahtevah. V diplomskem delu je prikazan celoten postopek, ki je potreben za izdelavo gumarskega orodja, od začetka konstruiranja do predaje dokončane konstrukcije z vso pripadajočo dokumentacijo za izdelavo, skupaj z dodatnimi 3D-modeli elektrod.

Title:Design of multi-nestable rubber manufacturing tool for injection molding of seals for ship blower
Abstract:The first part of the diploma thesis introduces the design of 64-multi-nestable rubber manufacturing tool for injection (EPDM 30). On one hand, the tool has to be designed in a way that it is properly shielded and useful for the user; and on the other hand, by the design all the necessary conditions of tool manufacturing had to be met; moreover, the shape was challenging. The tool was divided by three engraving boards. Standard main elements for the tool were set out and the necessary power of the heaters was calculated. In the second part of the diploma thesis the design of electrodes for submerged erosion is presented; thus the total engraving could have been made as costumer had imagined. The diploma thesis represents the complete procedure of making the rubber tool, namely from the beginning until the last part of the design; moreover, all the related documentation and 3D-models of electrodes are included in the diploma thesis.
