Title:Planiranje razvoja v zasebni zobni ambulanti

Abstract:Dandanes se okolje podjetja nenehno in zelo hitro spreminja. Tako morajo podjetja nenehno pridobivati podatke o svojem notranjem in zunanjem okolju, da lahko svoje poslovanje prilagodijo in da je najboljše med podjetji v panogi oziroma, da se dobro spopada s konkurenco na trgu. Da se podjetje spopada s to težavo, mora biti vodstvo podjetja pripravljeno zaznati spremembe pravočasno in tudi ukrepati. Preučiti morajo, ali so te spremembe za podjetje priložnosti ali nevarnosti in na podlagi tega iskati strateške razvojne možnosti. V magistrski nalogi smo tako preučili planiranje razvoja v Zasebni zobni ambulanti. Sprva smo preučili razvoj podjetja na podlagi ključnih avtorjev in njihovih mnenj ter raziskav. V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge smo predvsem predstavili podjetje od nastanka pa vse do danes, njegovo dejavnost, ključne spremembe v razvoju in rasti podjetja, profiliranje vrednot podjetja ter podrobno razlago o analizi razvojne vizije, politike podjetja in strategij. Na podlagi tega in drugih podatkov smo diagnosticirali razvojno stanje z določitvijo razvojne faze v življenjskem ciklu podjetja. V nadaljevanju smo podali tudi analizo okoljskih razvojnih priložnosti, nevarnosti in razvojnih tveganj. Podali smo sintezo spoznanj, analizirali razvojne prednosti in slabosti ter na podlagi vseh zbranih podatkov, tako teorije kot podatkov podjetja, podali predloge razvojne vizije, politike podjetja in strategij. Na koncu magistrske naloge podajamo uresničitveni program planiranega razvoja proučevanega podjetja.

Title:Planning development in the private dental clinic
Abstract:Today, business environment is changing constantly and very fast. That is why companies must obtain data about their internal and external environment in order to adapt their business operations and to be the best in their respective industries or to deal effectively with their competitors on the market. To be competitive, the company’s management must be able to notice the changes on time and also be able to take necessary action. It should determine whether these changes represent the opportunities or the threats for the company, and based on that, it should search for strategic development opportunities. In this master’s thesis, we researched the planning of the development of a private dental clinic. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we studied the development of the company based on key literature and research findings in the field. In the empirical part of our research, we focused on the selected company from its establishment onwards. We studied its activity, the key changes in its development and growth as well as the development of the company’s values profile. We also performed a detailed analysis of its vision, company policy and strategies. Based on this and other data, we carried out a diagnosis of the level of development in the selected company by determining the lifecycle stage this company is in. We then analysed the developmental opportunities and threats in the environment as well as development risks for the company. We synthesized our findings, analysed the company’s strengths and weaknesses as regards its development. Based on theoretical foundations and the gathered data about the company, we suggested development vision, company policy and strategies for the company. In the final part of the thesis, we gave the realisation programme for the planned development of the studied company.
