Title:Proces zaposlovanja kadrov v podjetju Wit b d.o.o.

Abstract:Za doseganje ciljev podjetja je dober kader ključnega pomena. Načrtovanje, pridobivanje ter izbor primernega kadra je dolgotrajen postopek, zato morajo podjetja temu nameniti veliko pozornosti. Napačna izbira kandidata pripelje do veliko izgubljenega časa, truda in finančnih sredstev. Cilj vsakega podjetja je pridobiti zaposlene, ki bodo imeli znanje in izkušnje, saj bodo z omenjenimi lastnostmi učinkoviteje opravljali delo, s tem pa doprinesli k dobičku podjetja. Organizacije si morajo zagotoviti svoj obstoj na trgu, to pa lahko dosežejo samo z usposobljenimi kadri. Da bo podjetje uspešno, je potrebno dobro načrtovanje kadrov in vlaganje v razvoj kadrov. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili proces zaposlovanja. Natančneje smo predstavili postopek pridobivanja novih kadrov, postopek izbora z najpogosteje uporabljenimi metodami ter postopek končne izbire delavca. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili podjetje Wit B d.o.o., kjer smo analizirali proces zaposlovanja od pridobivanja novih kadrov do selekcije le–teh. Analizo smo izvedli s pomočjo intervjuja s kadrovsko službo in anketnega vprašalnika, ki smo ga razdelili med zaposlene v podjetju. Ugotovili smo, da se v podjetju večinoma poslužujejo zunanjega pridobivanja kadrov, in sicer s pomočjo zaposlitvenega portala. Zaposleni so zadovoljni s samim procesom zaposlovanja in so ocenili, da je v ustreznem časovnem okviru. Ugotovili smo tudi, da je fluktuacija v podjetju visoka iz nam neznanega razloga.

Title:Process of employing human resources in the company Wit b d.o.o.
Abstract:To achieve company’s goals, having good staff is crucial. Planning, recruiting and selecting suitable personnel is a lengthy process, so companies need to devote a lot of attention to it. Choosing the wrong candidate leads to a lot of wasted time, effort and financial means. The objective of every company is to recruit employees with knowledge and experience that enables them to carry out the work more effectively and thus contribute to the overall profit of the company. Organizations must ensure a good market position and that can only be achieved with qualified staff. Success of the company depends on a well–planned human resource management and investment in its development. The thesis consists of a theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we have defined the recruitment process. We have focused more specifically on the process of recruiting new personnel, selection process by most frequently used methods for recruiting and the process of the final selection of the most appropriate employee. In the empirical part, we analysed recruiting process of Wit B d.o.o. company from start of recruitment to selecting the right candidate. We performed the analysis through an interview with Human Resources Department and a questionnaire distributed among the employees in the company. We found that the company mostly recruits externally by advertising at one of the employment portals. Employees are satisfied with the recruitment process itself and agree that it is done in a timely manner. We also found out that the employee turnover is very high but we couldn’t find the reason behind it.
