Abstract:This study present proposal work with prototypes that use Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) and NFC technology for indoor navigation using mobile device with help by using geographic information system to create geotagged maps to building in this diploma thesis. The study used an experimental approach with open source software and hardware engineering tools and technologies which minimized cost. A preliminary experiment with RFID and NFC tools helped to understand the compatibility of certain RFID infrastructure with NFC and helped to determine if and how NFC could be used. The capability of NFC in leveraging its low-cost infrastructure of passive tags, its embedment in mobile devices and the ubiquity of the mobile device provided a cost effective solution with good accuracy.

Title:Notranje kartiranje in navigacija z uporabo geografskih informacijskih sistemov
Abstract:V tem diplomskem delu je predstavljen predlog izdelave sistema za pozicioniranje v zaprtih prostorih z uporabo notranjega kartiranja z pomočjo GIS in uporabo tehnologije NFC. Znano je, da v zaprtih prostorih signal satelitov navigacijskim napravam ni viden, zato pozicioniranje, kot je npr. preko GPSa, ni mogoče. Uporabnik s pomočjo aplikacije na mobilnem telefonu prebere enolični identifikator iz NFC nalepke in iz strežnika pridobi trenutni položaj in seznam možnih ciljev. Nato lahko izbere cilj in aplikacija ga usmerja po najkrajši poti do cilja preko vmesnih NFC točk, ki jih na tej poti uporabnik lahko prebere.
