Abstract:V letu 2014 smo na Univerzitetnem centru za vinogradništvo in vinarstvo Meranovo spremljali faze razvoja nekaterih odpornih sort namiznega grozdja. V skupino srednje poznih sort (146‒165 dni) smo uvrstili sorte 'Prezentabil', 'Patrizia', 'Primus', 'Galant', 'Karmen', 'Sophie', 'Einset seedless', 'Angela' in 'Schuyler'.

Title:DETERMINATION OF PHENOLOGICAL STAGES AND TEHNOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF SOME RESISTANT TABLE GRAPE VARIETIES
Abstract:In 2014, we monitored the development stages of some resistant table grape varieties at the University Centre for Viticulture and Oenology Meranovo. For each variety we monitored how many days had passed from the wool stage (BBCH 05) to the stage when the berries are ripe for harvest (BBCH 89). The stage when the berries are ripe for harvest was determined by sugar content analysis (from 65 to 75 °Oe) and by sensory evaluation of ripeness. The wool stage appeared first (21 March) for the 'Einset seedless’ variety and last (7 April) for the 'Sophie', 'Angela' and 'Schuyler' varieties. According to the vegetation length (from wool stage to the “berries are ripe for harvest” stage) 'Xenia', 'Reflex', 'Prima', 'Black Magic', 'Kyoho', 'Clara' and 'Vierul 59' were placed in the group of early varieties (130 to 145 days). 'Prezentabil', 'Patrizia', 'Primus', 'Galant', 'Karmen', 'Sophie', 'Einset Seedless', 'Angela' and 'Schuyler' were placed in the group of medium late varieties (146 to 165 days). 'Muscat Blue', 'Ontario', 'Terez' and 'Guzun' were placed in the group of late varieties (165 days and more). Sensory evaluation showed that the grape skin was most disruptive in the 'Schuyler' variety and the least in the 'Black Magic' variety. Seeds were most disruptive in the 'Muscat Blue' variety, and the least in the 'Einset Seedless', 'Black Magic' and 'Evita' varieties. Most evaluators would buy the 'Prima', 'Evita' and 'Primus' varieties, and almost no-one would buy the 'Guzun' variety
