Title:UPORABA VEČPARAMETRSKEGA MODELA PRI RAZVOJU KADROV V PODJETJU

Abstract:V podjetju novi PLAMEN, Kropa, d.o.o. ima vodstvo podjetja premalo informacij in časa za sistematično in organizirano kadrovanje. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili večparametrski odločitveni model pri razvoju kadrov v podjetju novi PLAMEN, Kropa, d.o.o.. Odločitveni model smo zgradili s pomočjo orodja DEXi. S pomočjo DEXi-ja smo oblikovali drevo kriterijev, kriterijem dali pomembnost in dobili kvalitetnejše rezultate. Predstavljen model bo koristil vodstvu podjetja novi PLAMEN, Kropa, d.o.o. pri vsakokratnih odločitvah o izbiri kandidata za dodatna izobraževanja. Služilo bo kot glavno orodje ali pa kot pomagalo pri sprejemanju odločitev. Model je prilagodljiv in ga je možno spreminjati s časom glede na potrebe.

Title:USE OF MULTI-ATTRIBUTE DECISION MAKING MODEL FOR HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT IN COMPANY
Abstract:In Novi PLAMEN, Kropa, d.o.o. company the leadership of the company has insufficient information and time for systematic and orderly human resourcing. In this thesis we will present the multi-attribute decision model in the development of human resources in the novi PLAMEN, Kropa, d.o.o. company. Decision model was built with the help of a tool DEXi. With DEXi we have designed the criteria three, gave the importance oto thecriterias and got more quality results. The presented model will benefit the leadership of novi PLAMEN, Kropa, d.o.o. company. It will be used as the main tool or as an aid in decision making of picking the right candidate for further education. The model is flexible and can be changed with time according to the needs.
