Abstract:Diplomsko delo opisuje celotno izgradnjo in delovanje valilnika jajc perutnine. V njem je opisan postopek zasnove konstrukcije valilnika, izdelave sestavnih delov ter povezave ključnih gradnikov, s katerimi zagotavljamo ustrezne pogoje. Glavni namen izdelave je težnja k učinkovitemu valjenju kokošjih ter račjih jajc v umetno ustvarjenih pogojih, pri čemer je naprava popolnoma avtomatizirana. Glede na zahteve po točno določenih pogojih v valilniku zasnujemo sistem za najlažje doseganje točnih rezultatov pri meritvah in uravnavanju parametrov ter čim manjše odstopanje od želenih vrednosti. Ideji najprej sledi gradnja zunanje konstrukcije ter izgradnja in sestavljanje sestavnih delov. Nato je na vrsti umeščanje delov glede na njihovo vlogo ter optimalno zamišljen potek delovanja. Sledi povezava električnih komponent s krmilnikom. Praktični del se zaključi z izdelavo krmilnega programa, testiranjem ter analizo rezultatov. Vmes so prikazane izboljšave določenih sestavnih delov in programske sheme. Rezultat je popolnoma avtomatiziran valilnik, prilagodljiv za valjenje več vrst perutnine. Zahvaljujoč programabilnemu krmilju je sistem nadzora primeren za druge aplikacije za merjenje in uravnavanje temperature in vlage. Zgradba omogoča širitev valilnih pladnjev v višino z namenom valjenja večje količine jajc.

Title:Automatized egg incubator
Abstract:All the phases of building an egg incubator are presented and its functioning is described. It is also described how the incubator construction is designed, how components are built and how its key elements are connected to maintain perfect temperature and humidity conditions. The main purpose of making an incubator is to ensure efficient and fully automatized hatching of chicken and duck eggs in a controlled environment. As perfect temperature and humidity in an incubator are required, the system is designed in such a way to achieve accurate results of measurements and of balancing parameters, and to ensure minimum deviations from required values. A concept is made. Afterwards the framework is built, and component parts and brackets are built and assembled. Afterwards component parts (switches and actuators) are placed as required, depending on their function and so as to enable the optimal sequence of operation. Then the electric components are connected with the programmable logic controller. At the end of the practical part, the controlling program is written, tests are carried out and the results are analysed. Improvements of some component parts and of the program scheme are presented. The result of this project is a fully automatized egg incubator, adjustable for hatching eggs of any type of poultry. Due to programmable logic controller, the controlling program is adaptable to any type of temperature and humidity control. The internal design of an incubator makes it possible to multiply hatching plates almost to the top of the incubator with the aim to enable hatching of a larger quantity of eggs.
