Title:GRADBENO-FIZIKALNI IN EKONOMSKI VIDIK KOMPOZITOV STEN NIZKOENERGIJSKIH HIŠ, PASIVNIH HIŠ TER KOMPOZITOV IZ NARAVNIH MATERIALOV (KONOPLJINA VLAKNA)

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo izbrali 15 gradbenih kompozitov, od tega 9 kompozitov montažnih lesenih hiš iz umetnih ter naravnih materialov, 3 klasične zidane hiše ter 3 kompozite iz konopljinih vlaken. Kompozite smo primerjali glede na gradbeno-fizikalne lastnosti (toplotno prepustnost, ustreznost glede na nevarnost kondenzacije znotraj stene) in ekonomske lastnosti (ceno 1 m² kompozita). Rezultati kažejo, da lahko z vidika toplotne prepustnosti vse kompozite iz naravnih materialov umestimo vsaj v kategorijo nizkoenergijskih hiš. Izkazalo se je, da lahko alternativni kompozit iz konopljinih vlaken ob približno enaki debelini prav tako enakovredno konkurira s primerjanimi kompoziti v vseh kategorijah. Vsi kompoziti ustrezajo tehničnim zahtevam glede na nevarnost pojava kondenzacije. Na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov, kjer smo primerjali cene materiala na kvadratni meter, je razvidno, da je pri dokaj širokem vzorcu obravnave najboljše razmerje med gradbeno-fizikalnimi lastnostmi in cenovno ugodnostjo pri kompozitih iz konopljinih vlaken. Cenovno so kompoziti ugodnejši v povprečju za 20-30%.

Title:STRUCTURAL PHYSICS AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF WALL COMPOSITES FOR LOW-ENERGY HOUSES, PASSIVE HOUSES AND COMPOSITES MADE FROM NATURAL MATERIALS (HEMP FIBERS)
Abstract:We selected 15 building components, 9 components of timber-framed houses, 3 components of classic brick houses and 3 components of hemp fiber houses made of synthetic and natural materials, 3 classic brick houses and 3 composites of hemp fiber. We compared their thermal transmittance and price for 1m² of component. The results have shown that from the perspective of thermal transmittance the component made from hemp fiber is at least as good as rest composites with the almost same thickness, but are available for prices cheaper for around 20-30% than the rest of the components.
