Title:Analiza algoritma in nadgradnja aplikacije za vodenje brezkrtačnih motorjev

Abstract:V projektni nalogi predstavimo teoretično delovanje brezkrtačnih elektromotorjev, teoretičen in praktičen potek elektronske komutacije ter analiziramo samo vodenje takšnih motorjev. Algoritem vodenja predstavimo najprej kot skupek stanj in povezav med njimi, nato pa posamezna stanja še opišemo. Sledi opis lastnega dela, kamor sodijo funkcije, napisane v C programskem jeziku, ki omogočajo pošiljanje parametrov o delovanju motorja preko virtualnih serijskih vrat in USB povezave na drug računalnik. Med parametre spadajo hitrost motorja, opozorilo o prekoračitvi temperature pogonskega dela, napajalna napetost, bremenski tok ter nastavitev potenciometra za hitrst vrtenja motorja. Predlogi za nadaljne delo so sledeči: implementacija funkcije, ki s pomočjo interpolacije omogoča izbiro poljubne največje temperature pogonskega dela; implementacija pošiljanja statusnih zastavic, saj je razreševanje vzrokov neuspelih poskusov tako lažje; implementacija funkcije, ki iz preteklih meritev naredi povprečje vrednosti toka in napetosti ter tako zmanjša napake meritev.

Title:Algorithm analysis and application upgrade for BLDC motor control
Abstract:In the beginning of this assignment we take a brief look into the theoretical background of BLDC motors and the electronic commutation used for their operation. The control algorithm is represented as a state diagram. Each state is later described in more detail as well. In the second part we introduce our own work, which includes functions written in C programming language. They allow us to send various motor data to a different computer using virtual serial port and USB connection. The data being sent includes: motor speed, motor driver overtemeprature information, supply voltage, load current and potentiometer setting for motor speed. Proposals for further work: implementation of a function that allows a selection of the desired motor driver overtemperature using interpolation; implementation of a function that sends status flags which makes troubleshooting of failed motor start-ups easier; implementation of a function that calculates an average out of past measured current and voltage values, thus reducing the measurement errors.
