Title:PEKA KRUHA IN POTIC NA TRADICIONALEN NAČIN KOT DOPOLNILNA DEJAVNOST NA KMETIJI PUKŠIČ

Abstract:V raziskavi smo se ukvarjali z analizo ekonomske upravičenosti uvedbe dopolnilne dejavnosti na kmetiji Pukšič. Dopolnilna dejavnost, ki smo jo obravnavali, je peka kruha in potic na tradicionalen način. V delu smo analizirali ekonomsko upravičenost izdelkov, kot so potratna potica, orehova potica, mešani rženi kruh in sadni kruh. V teoretičnem delu naloge sta uporabljeni metodi kalkulacije skupnih stroškov s pripadajočo analizo pomembnejših ekonomskih parametrov in interpretacije literature (predpisane zakonodaje, Evropskih priporočil). Primerjani so modeli, priporočila EU in zakonodaja v Sloveniji na področju kmetijstva. Ugotovili smo, da je priprava vseh izdelkov ekonomsko upravičena oziroma da pripomorejo k finančni stabilnosti kmetije, saj se z njihovo prodajo krepijo finančni prilivi na kmetiji in s tem možnosti širitve, amortizacije in vpeljave določenih izboljšav oziroma novitet.

Title:BAKING BREAD AND ROLLS IN THE TRADITIONAL WAY, AS A SUPPLEMENTARY ACTIVITY ON THE FARM PUKŠIČ
Abstract:In this study we have analyzed the economic viability of the introduction of supplementary activities on farms Pukšič. Complementary activity, we dealt with the baking of bread and cakes in the traditional way. In part, we analyze the economic viability of the products, such as wasteful cake, walnut cake, mixed rye bread and fruit bread. In the theoretical part are the method of calculation of the total costs associated with the analysis of the major economic parameters and interpretation of literature (the statutory law of the European recommendations). Compared models, EU recommendations and the legislation in Slovenia in the field of agriculture. It was found that the production of all products economically viable and to contribute to financial stability farms because through their sales strengthen financial inflows to the farm and thus the possibility of expansion, depreciation and introducing specific improvements and novelties.
