Abstract:Diplomsko delo zajema teorijo o lesu, leseni gradnji in energijsko učinkoviti gradnji. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela smo predstavili sestavo nizkoenergijske in pasivne hiše ter z izračuni v programu PHPP dobili podatke o toplotni prehodnosti ovoja posamezne hiše. Naredili smo primerjavo investicije in stroškov obratovanja za obe zgradbi ter izračunali povrnitev investicije v pasivno hišo.

Title:COMPARISON OF THE INVESTMENT AND OPERATIONAL COSTS OF LOW-ENERGY AND PASSIVE HOUSE
Abstract:This diploma thesis contains theory of timber, wooden construction and energy-efficient construction. Practical part of the diploma thesis introduces a composition of low-energy house and passive house and by using PHPP program we got data about thermal transition of the building envelope. The comparison of investment and operation costs was made on both buildings and we calculated the repayment of an investment in passive house.
