Abstract:Vsak podjetnik se na začetku poti sreča z izbiro financiranja. Virov je danes več kot kadarkoli prej, vendar ima vsak izmed njih prednosti in slabosti. Temelj naloge je podjetništvo in financiranje podjema, saj med zadnjega spada tudi crowdfunding. Crowdfunding je pridobil na priljubljenosti v zadnjih letih s pomočjo tehnologije ter odprl trg za inovativne produkte in storitve ter razširil kulturo inoviranja. Ugotovili smo, da je crowdfunding že široko uporabljan vir financiranja. Vendar vsi pri posluževanju crowdfundinga niso uspešni. Analizirali smo dve uspešni in dve neuspešni crowdfunding kampanji, jih primerjali ter zapisali ključne razlike.

Title:USAGE ANALYSIS OF THE CROWDFUNDING FINANCING MODEL
Abstract:Every entrepreneur has to make a choice about his funding at the beginning of his path. Theres more to choose from then ever before, but each of them has its pros and cons. The base of our task is entrepreneurship and venture financing, and the latter includes crowdfunding. Crowdfunding gained its popularity with the help of technology and opened up a market for innovative products and services, while spreading the innovative culture. We found out that crowdfunding is already widely adopted as a source of financing. But not everybody uses it successfully. We analysed two successful and two unsuccessful campaigns, compared them and wrote down the key differences.
