Title:STRES IN IZGOREVANJE ZAPOSLENIH V SOCIALNO VARSTVENEM ZAVODU

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: V današnjem času se vsak dan srečujemo s stresom in problemi v službi in v domačem okolju. Delo zaposlenih v socialno varstvenem zavodu postaja vse bolj zahtevno, obseg dela se povečuje, narava dela pa nalaga težko psihofizično obremenitev, zato je pojavnost stresa vse večja in posledično tudi izgorevanje na delovnem mestu. V diplomskem delu sta opisana stres in sindrom izgorevanja. V raziskovalnem delu diplomskega dela smo ugotavljali, ali sta stres in izgorevanje prisotna med zaposlenimi v socialno varstvenem zavodu. Metodologija: Pri izdelavi diplomskega dela smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela s študijo domače in tuje strokovne literature. Uporabili smo članke v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku. Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. Za zbiranje podatkov in ugotavljanje obstoječega stanja smo kot instrument raziskovanja uporabili anketni vprašalnik. Anketni vprašalnik je bil anonimen. Vprašanja so bila zaprtega tipa, in sicer sedem splošnih vprašanj in tri tabele s trditvami (skupaj 33 trditev), ki se nanašajo na tri vprašanja o znakih izgorevanja. Dobljene podatke smo obdelali s pomočjo programa Microsoft Excel in prikazali v obliki grafov s pomočjo frekvenčne distribucije. Rezultati: Pri zaposlenih sta prisotna stres in izgorelost, ki sta povezana z visokimi delovnimi zahtevami. Najpogostejše zdravstvene težave so bile bolečine v kostno-mišičnem sistemu hrbtenice, največ zaposlenih v vseh poklicnih skupinah pa je kazalo znake čustvene izgorelosti. Rezultati raziskave kažejo na to, da so zaposleni v socialno varstvenem zavodu pri svojem delu pogosto izpostavljeni stresu, ki je velik vzrok izgorevanja na delovnem mestu. Sklep: Delavci v socialno varstvenem zavodu so se izkazali kot ranljivejši za razvoj prekomernega stresa na delovnem mestu in izgorevanja na čustvenem področju. Pojavljanje zdravstvenih težav glede stresa in izgorelosti je razvidno v povezavi z bolečinami v hrbtnem predelu, izgorevanje pa je bilo najizrazitejše na čustveni ravni.

Title:STRESS AND BURNOUT OF EMPLOYEES IN THE SOCIAL WELFARE INSTITUTION
Abstract:Introduction: Nowadays every day we are faced with stress and problems at work and at home. The work of the employees in the social welfare institution is becoming more challenging, workload increases, the nature of work imposes a heavy psycho- physical stress, so the incidence of stress increasing and consequently burnout in the workplace. The thesis describes the stress and burnout syndrome. In research part of the thesis we determined whether is present stress and burnout among employees in the social welfare institution. Methodology: In the manufacture of the thesis we used the descriptive method to study domestic and foreign professional literature. We used the articles in Slovenian and English. The study was based on a quantitative methodology. Data collection and identification of the status quo, we as an instrument of research used questionnaires. The questionnaire was anonymous. Questions are closed type and by seven general issues and three tables with claims (a total of 33 claims), which relate to the three questions signs of burnout. The resulting data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel. They are displayed in the form of graphs by using frequency distribution. Results: Employees have present stress and burnout, which is associated with high labor requirements. The most common health problems were pains in the musculoskeletal system of the spine. Most employees in all occupational groups showed signs of emotional burnout. The survey results indicate that employees in social health institution in their work are often exposed to stress, which is a major cause of burnout in the workplace. Conclusion: Workers in social welfare institution have proved to be vulnerable to the development of excessive workplace stress and burnout in the emotional field. The occurrence of health problems regardless of stress and burnout can be seen in conjunction with pain in the back area, burningout was most pronounced in the emotional signs.
