Title:Elektronski vžigalni modul za plinske motorje

Abstract:Diplomsko delo je nastalo na podlagi ideje o optimizaciji enote za sočasno proizvodnjo toplote in električne eneergije s Toyotinim 4 valjnim plinskim motorjem, ki je v osnovi opremljen z mehanskim razdelilnikom vžiga. Današnji sodobni motorji zaradi zahtev po učinkovistosti in zmanjševanju izpustov škodljivih snovi pri izgorevanju zahtevajo zraven pravilnega razmerja zmesi gorivo – zrak tudi optimalen čas vžiga na vžigalni svečki za popolno izgorevanje v delovnem taktu motorja. Idejna zasnova modula temelji na obstoječem MIC 500 – elektronskem vžigalnem modulu proizvajalca MOTORTECH GMbH. Elektronski vžigalni modul je tako sestavjen iz vhodno-izhodnih elemntov ter osrednje komponente, to je mikrokrmilnik ATMEL ATmega 328p, in napajalnega vezja. Delo je razdeljeno v dva sklopa. V prevem sklopu je opisano delovanje razdelilnika vžiga in njegovih poglavitnih komponent, podrobneje je opisan MIC 500 vžigalni modul, ki nam je služil kot izhodišče za izdelavo lastnega elektronskega vžigalnega modula. V drugem sklopu se osredotočimo na zasnovo in izvedbo lastnega modula, testiranje v labaratoriju in po uspešnem testiranju še namestitvi na SPTE enoti ter testiranju na le-tej.

Title:Electronic ignition module for gas engines
Abstract:My diploma is based on the idea of optimizing a unit to produce heat and electrical energy at the same time, using Toyota 4 cylinder gas engine, which is primarily equipped with a mechanical ignition distributor. Modern engines, because of the efficiency requirements and emission regulations to reduce exhaust toxic substances, aside from the right proportion of fuel and air, also demand optimal ignition timing on the ignition coil for complete combustion. Conceptual design of our module is based on the existing MIC 500 electronic ignition module manufactured by MOTORTECH GMbH. It therefore consists of input-output components, the central component, which is ATMEL ATmega 328p microcontroller, and a power supply circuit. The diploma paper is divided into two parts. The first part describes the functioning of the ignition distributor and its main components, with a detailed description of MIC 500 ignition module, which served us as a starting point for making our own electronic ignition module. In the second part we focused on designing and executing our own electronic ignition module, testing it in a laboratory and, after a successful testing, installing and testing it on a CHP unit.
