Title:ANALIZA ŽIVLJENJSKEGA CIKLA HIŠE AKTIVA

Abstract:V uvodu magistrske naloge smo predstavili različne izolacijske materiale ter pod drobnogled vzeli les in steklo kot gradbena materiala. Jedro naloge predstavlja analiza življenjskega cikla hiše Aktiva in različnih tipov stenskih prerezov v programu Legep – Ökobilanz. Ugotovili in dokazali smo, da je gradnja z lesom okolju bolj prijazna, kot gradnja z betonom ali opeko. Pri analizi hiše Aktiva je bil zanimiv podatek predvsem negativna vrednost potenciala globalnega segrevanja. Program Legep – Ökobilanz je zahteven za uporabo, saj ima veliko knjižnico materialov in ogromno nastavitev, s katerimi lahko vplivamo na končni rezultat. Menimo, da je prihodnost analize življenjskega cikla v integraciji LCA v programe za modeliranje objekta (Archicad, Revit …), kjer bi na koncu poleg 3D modela in načrtov dobili tudi analizo življenjskega cikla objekta.

Title:LIFE CYCLE ANALYSIS OF A RESIDENTIAL HOUSE AKTIVA
Abstract:In the introduction of the master thesis we presented different insulation materials and took a closer look at the wood and glass as the building materials. The core task of this thesis was the life cycle analysis of the single family detached house Aktiva 2030 and different types of wall sections in the program LEGEP – Ökobilanz. We have found out and demonstrated that construction with wood, as the main building material, is more environmental friendly than construction with concrete or brick as the main building material. When analyzing house Aktiva 2030 the most interesting result was the negative value of the global warming potential. The program LEGEP – Ökobilanz is difficult to use since it has an enormous library of the materials and a lot of settings which can influence the final result. We believe that the future of life cycle assessment is in the integration of LCA in programs for modeling (Archicad, Revit …), which would give us beside the 3D model and drawing plan also the life cycle assessment information.
