Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo naredili avtomatizacijo stiskalnice za suho stiskanje talilnih vložkov. Stiskalnici smo vgradili inkrementalni dajalnik impulzov, ki je nadomestil stikala na ekscentrski gredi, s katerimi je stiskalnica delovala po principu trdo ožičene logike. Inkrementalni dajalnik impulzov smo povezali s programabilnim logičnim krmilnikom SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1200, v katerega smo vnesli razviti program za upravljanje stiskalnice. Zaradi lažjega rokovanja s stiskalnico smo na krmilnik povezali še nadzorno ploščo SIEMENS SIMATIC KTP 600, s katero lahko nadzorujemo delovanje stiskalnice. Izvedli smo tudi testiranje, zagon in napravo spravili v delovanje.

Title:PRESS FOR DRY COMPRESSION OF FUSES
Abstract:In this diploma work, we made automation for a press for dry compression of fuses. The incremental pulse generator was built which replaced switches on the eccentric shaft used for operating the press by the principle of hard-wired logic. The incremental pulse generator was connected to a programmable logic controller SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1200 in which we entered the developed program for managing the press. We also connected the controller with a control board SIEMENS SIMATIC KTP 600 for easier manipulation and controlling of the press. We also performed testing, a startup and finally put the device into operation.
