Title:MOŽNOSTI RASTI MALEGA PODJETJA V DEJAVNOSTI VIZUALNIH KOMUNIKACIJ

Abstract:Večkrat slišimo, da so mala podjetja hrbtenica narodnega gospodarstva. V našem delu diplomskega seminarja smo analizirali malo podjetje iz Slovenije GRAFOLINE d.o.o., ki se je skozi leta razvijalo in danes prišlo do točke, ko je za zdrav nadaljnji razvoj potreben korak proti internacionalizaciji oz. širitvi poslovanja na tuj trg. Podjetje, katerega smo analizirali je dejavno v panogi vizualnih komunikacij, ki je globalno gledano hitro rastoča panoga. Izdelava produktov in nudenje storitev vizualnih komunikacij je za podjetja pomemben in tudi finančno velik korak, če želi naročnik produktov in storitev imeti dobro marketinško in tržno podobo za svoje končne kupce. Prav tukaj pa lahko podjetje GRAFOLINE d.o.o. najde svojo priložnost za širitev svojega poslovanja, predvsem na trge držav severno od Slovenije. Da smo za našo diplomsko nalogo lahko uspešno analizirali poslovne priložnosti, pasti ter vse dejavnike, ki so pri rasti pomembni, smo začeli v teoretičnem delu najprej z definicijo rasti podjetij, vključujoč probleme podjetniške rasti, dejavnike rasti za klasična ter dinamična mala podjetja. Prav tako smo predstavili in analizirali modele rasti ter strategije rasti podjetij. Izbira prave strategije rasti je po naših ugotovitvah zelo pomemben faktor pri uresničevanju začrtanih ciljev podjetja GRAFOLINE d.o.o., ki vključujejo tudi internacionalizacijo poslovanja ter posledično maksimiranje dobička. V empiričnem delu smo najprej predstavili podjetje, zanj opravili PESTEL analizo ter z njo analizirali ciljno državo za širjenje poslovanja, ki je v našem primeru Avstrija. Za to državo smo v sklopu naše PESTEL analize pregledali, ocenili ter analizirali politično ureditev, gospodarske ter socialne razmere v državi ter druge tehnološke, okoljske ter pravne faktorje. Delo diplomskega seminarja smo zaključili z analizo ožjega okolja podjetja, za katero smo uporabili Porterjev model petih sil, k temu pa dodali še priporočila za rast podjetja z internacionalizacijo, ki vključuje tudi SWOT analizo. Naloga nam je pokazala da za omenjeno malo podjetje GRAFOLINE d.o.o. obstajajo možnosti rasti v dejavnosti vizualnih komunikacij na Avstrijskem trgu. S tem sklepom smo tudi potrdili našo edino hipotezo in s tem zaključili diplomski seminar.

Title:GROWTH OPTIONS FOR A SMALL COMPANY IN VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS
Abstract:We can hear several times that the small companies are the backbone of the national economy. In our diploma seminar project, we have analyzed small company from Slovenia – GRAFOLINE d.o.o. The company have developed through the years and today have reached the point, where it is necessary to expand its business internationally and enter new, foreign markets for successful future development of the company. Company, which we have analyzed is active in the field of visual communications. This field is from wider scale very fast growing sector of business. Products and services in the visual communications field is for a company very important and financially difficult step, if the customer of the services and products wants to have a good, quality marketing image for its own clients. As we found out, this is exactly the point, where company GRAFOLINE d.o.o. may find its opportunity for expanding the business, especially to the markets of countries north of Slovenia. In order to successfully analyze business opportunities, traps and all other factors, important for growth of the company, we started with theoretical part. In this section, we first defined the growth of the companies, including problems of entrepreneurship’s growth and factors for growth for classical and dynamical small companies. In addition to that, we have presented and analyzed models of growth and grow strategies for companies. Choosing the proper growth strategy is based on our conclusions, an extremely important factor in fulfilling the chosen goals of company GRAFOLINE d.o.o.. Among this goals are of course also internationalization of business and subsequently maximizing the profit. In the empirical part we have presented the company GRAFOLINE d.o.o. and presented PESTEL analysis in order to analyze the targeted country (Austria in our case) in details. In the scope of PESTEL analysis for Austria, we researched and evaluated political situation, economy and social situation in the country and other technological, environmental and law factors. We finished the diploma assignment with the analysis of narrow company environment, for which we have used the Porter's model of five forces. In addition to that, we have also added the suggestions for company’s growth with internationalization, which includes also SWOT analysis. The project showed us that there are chances for growth in the sector of visual communications on Austrian market for the analyzed small company GRAFOLINE d.o.o.. With this conclusion we have confirmed our only hypothesis and therefore finished our seminar.
