Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je opisan postopek zasnove in implementacije RFID sistema za uporabo verifikacije temperiranja produktov v proizvodnji. Sistem uporablja dva bralnika RFID značk. Z RFID značkami pa so opremljeni transportni vozički. Bralnika sta povezana z računalnikom, ki se trenutno uporablja za ročni vnos podatkov o temperiranju izdelkov. Tako se preko istega računalnika zbirajo podatki o izdelkih in tudi verifikaciji ter posledično ni podvajanja podatkov v bazah. Sistem je bil po implementaciji preizkušen v realnih proizvodnih pogojih in je tudi povečal zanesljivost procesa temperiranja izdelkov. Podane pa so bile tudi možnosti širitve in nadgradenj sistema.

Title:
PRODUCT TEMPERING VERIFICATION IN TEMPERING CHAMBER WITH RFID SYSTEM SUPPORT
Abstract:
Diploma thesis presents a development and implementation of a system, which is using two RFID readers to detect and verify tempering of the products on transportation trolleys, equipped with RFID tag in production. These two RFID readers are connected to existing computer nearby, which is used for manual input of product data into the central database. This means that same computer is used for both data input and there is no duplication of collected data. After implementation, system was tested in real production conditions and it has improved the reliability of tempering process. Also, there have been given possibilities for expanding the solution to other areas in production.
