Title:SISTEM IZBOLJŠANJA KOMUNIKACIJE MED ZDRAVNIKOM IN PACIENTOVIM ZDRAVSTVENIM POOBLAŠČENCEM

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: Komunikacija v zdravstvenih in socialnih organizacijah je danes ključnega pomena. Kakovost izvajanja zdravstvenih storitev temelji na primerni medosebni komunikaciji, tako med zaposlenimi znotraj timov kot tudi s pacienti ter njihovimi svojci. Namen magistrskega dela je predstaviti problematiko na področju posredovanja informacij pacientovim zdravstvenim pooblaščencem ter morebitne rešitve s pomočjo informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije oziroma programov za lažje posredovanje informacij in boljšo komunikacijo med zdravnikom in pooblaščencem. Raziskovalne metode: Uporabili smo metodo deskripcije, zgodovinsko metodo, metodo kompilacije in argumentacije. Pri empiričnem delu magistrskega dela smo uporabili kvantitativno metodologijo, saj smo pridobivali podatke s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Grafe smo oblikovali s pomočjo programa Microsoft Excel. Za ovrednotenje rezultatov smo uporabili metodo deskriptivne statistike. Po opravljeni analizi podatkov in sintezi ugotovitev smo predlagali spremembe. Rezultati: Na podlagi rezultatov smo ugotovili, da ima 54 % tistih, ki so že bili v vlogi pooblaščenca za določene informacije, dobre izkušnje in so v večini primerov zadovoljni s podanimi informacijami s strani zdravnika. Smo pa ugotovili, da v 65 % največji problem za svojce predstavljajo slabša strokovnost in natančnost zdravnika, kadar predaja informacije, ter v 13 % zdravnikove ure v dopoldanskem času in slaba dostopnost zdravnikov v času njihovih uradnih ur. Sklep: Razberemo lahko, da se problemi pri prenosu informacij s strani zdravnika tistemu, ki je pooblaščen za informacije, pojavljajo predvsem pri dostopnosti zdravnika in njegovih uradnih urah. Le-te so v večini primerov v dopoldanskem času in večini službeno odsotnih ljudi to predstavlja oviro.

Title:IMPROVEMENT OF COMMUNICATION SYSTEM BETWEEN THE DOCTOR AND PERSON AUTHORIZED BY PATIENT
Abstract:Theoretical background: Nowadays, communication within health care and social organisations is of crucial importance. The quality of processing health care services is based not only on appropriate communication among team members but also on how they communicate with patients and their family members and other relatives. Intention: It is the main intention to introduce the problems in the field of transmitting information to patient’s health care mandators, and to stress eventual solutions on behalf of information-communication technology or programmes for easier information transmitting and better communication among doctors and mandators. Research methods: The work operates with help of the descriptive, historical, compilation, and argumentation method. The applicative section uses the quantitative method of gaining data with help of a questionnaire. All the graphs have been formed by the Microsoft Excel programme. In order to evaluate the data, the method of descriptive statistics has been used. After analysing the data and providing a synthesis of the findings, changes have been suggested and discussed. Results: 54 % of the questioned persons who have already experienced the role of a mandator state to have attained positive experience and satisfaction associated with the information provided by doctors. 65 % claim that doctors’ decreased professionalism and preciseness when providing information seem to be the biggest problems for family members and relatives. Last but not least, 13 % stress doctors’ morning work hours and their bad accessibility during office hours to be the main problems. Conclusion: Doctors’ bad accessibility and their office hours is the main obstacle for doctors to provide mandators information efficiently. Employed family members and other relatives have difficulties to visit doctors’ office hours in the morning.
