Title:Sanacija toplotnega ovoja stavbe

Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava energetsko sanacijo individualne hiše, stare 40 let. Hiša ima 260 m2 bivalne ogrevane površine. Objekt je energijsko neučinkovit. Ugodno bivanje v takšnem objektu zahteva izredno veliko porabo energije in s tem povezane finančne stroške. Zato je nujno treba povečati energijsko učinkovitost, posledično zmanjšati stroške ogrevanja in zmanjšati izpust CO2. V nalogi bomo obravnavali reševanje problema energijsko potratnega objekta, kot so podhlajevanje objekta v zimskem času, toplotni mostovi, pojav plesni, prekomerno prezračevanje oz. nenadzorovan vdor hladnega zraka v ogrevan prostor, pregrevanje objekta v poletnih mesecih, slaba kakovost zraka v prostoru oz. neugodna mikroklima. Ob predlogu sanacije bomo podali tudi izračun energijskih prihrankov, na podlagi katerih bomo upravičili povrnitev naložbe v sanacijo objekta. Predstavili bomo praktičen primer cenovne analize dejansko izvedene prenove fasadnega toplotnega ovoja (toplotna izolacija neprosojne fasade in zasteklitve), upoštevajoč energetske standarde ter posledično tudi finančne prihranke. Uporabili bomo tržni program URSA za izračun toplotne bilance objekta.

Title:Reconstruction of the building envelope
Abstract:The graduation thesis deals with improvement of energy performance of an individual 40-year-old house. The house has 260m2 of heated living area. House´s description reveals energy ineffectual facility. Good living comford in this kind of facility requires an extremely high energy consumption and related financial costs. Therefore, it is necessary to increase facility´s energy efficiency, and consequently reduce heating costs and CO2 emission. In the thesis, we will deal with solving a problem of energy-consuming consumption of the house, such as facility´s sub-cooling in winter, thermal bridges, occurrence, excessive ventilation or uncontrolled infiltration of cool air in heated living area, overheating in summer, poor air quality unfavourable microclimate. Along the proposal of restoration, we will also provide a calculation of energy savings, based on which we will justify investment´s recovery in facility´s restoration. We will present a practical example of price analysis of the actually performed restoration of facade´s thermal envelope (thermal insulation of opaque facade + glass surfaces) by considering energy standards and consequently also financial savings. For calculation of facility´s heat balance we will use a marketing software URSA.
