Abstract:Diplomsko delo opisuje proces razvoja in konstruiranja orodja za tlačno brizganje gumijastih obrob. V fazi izdelave testnega orodja odpravimo čim več pomanjkljivosti, da bo končna verzija delovala s čim manj zapleti. Predstavljeni so tudi postopki in parametri rezkanja posameznih sklopov orodja na CNC-rezkalnem stroju. Izdelan je preračun potreb po toplotni energiji za temperiranje orodja in postopek vulkanizacije gume. Najpomembnejši rezultat te naloge pa so pridobljene izkušnje in znanje, ki bodo služili kot napotki in vodila za razvoj podobnih orodij v prihodnosti.

Title:Development of injection moulding tool for a rubber strakes of a measuring instrument
Abstract:This diploma thesis describes the process of the development and construction of pressure spraying tools for rubber strakes. During the construction of the test tools, the majority of faults were repaired for the final version of the tool to work with as few complications as possible. Apart from that, the diploma thesis introduces the milling procedures and parameters of individual components on the CNC milling machine. Furthermore, the need for heat energy for tool tempering and rubber vulcanization is calculated. The most important result of this diploma thesis was the experience and skills gained that will in the future serve as guidelines and directions for the development of similar tools.
