Abstract:Gradnja objektov danes predstavlja velik izziv na področju tehnike, kakor tudi s stališča obvladovanja stroškov gradnje. Sinergija obeh področij predstavlja končno zadovoljstvo tako investitorja, kakor tudi uporabnika objekta. Namen predloženega diplomskega dela je prikaz enega od možnih modelov pri gradnji objekta, ki ga je zaradi statičnih in geoloških zahtev potrebno globoko temeljiti oz. pilotirati. Tovrsten način gradnje omogoča izkoriščanje toplote zemlje z vgradnjo zemeljskih sond s pomočjo toplotne črpalke zemlja/voda brez dodatnih stroškov povezanih za vgradnjo zemeljskih sond oz. gradbenih pilotov. Obravnava prikaz toplotnih črpalk, način izvedbe geosond ter praktičen primer že izvedenega sistema z ekonomsko analizo.

Title:The outsourcing of geothermal energy by energy pile installed in the load-bearing construction of the facility
Abstract:Construction of buildings represents a major challenge in the field of engineering today, as well as from the standpoint of cost control construction. The synergy of the two areas is the final satisfaction of the investor as well as the user of the object. The aim of the presented study is to show one of the possible models for the construction of the facility, which is due to static and geological requirements necessary to build deep. This method of construction allows exploitation of the heat of the ground with the installation of ground probes using geothermal heat pump without additional costs related to the installation of ground probes or construction piers. The submitted thesis displays heat pumps, the structure of geo probes and a practical example of already implemented system with economic analysis.
