Abstract:Zadnje čase je na trgu vse več nasičenosti s podjetji, ki se ukvarjajo s strojno obdelavo, zato podjetja stremijo k čim večji optimizaciji tehnoloških časov. Problem diplomske naloge izhaja iz praktičnega usposabljanja v podjetju, kjer se ukvarjajo s strojno obdelavo nihajnih rok. Ker se obdeluje več tipov, je bil glavni cilj skonstruirati univerzalno vpenjalno pripravo, s katero bi skrajšali čas, namenjen menjavi in pozicioniranju obdelovancev. Z upoštevanjem vseh ključnih zahtev smo skonstruirali pripravo, njeno togost preverili z MKE analizo ter funkcionalnost preverili tudi v praksi.

Title:Design of a universal clamping device for worpieces in CNC - milling machine
Abstract:Lately, there has been a very intense competition between metal processing companies, which strive to improve technology. The problem of this thesis stems from the practical training in a company, which is engaged in processing oscillating arms. Since there are many different types of oscillating arms being processed, the main focus was to construct a universal clamping device, which would shorten the time needed to change and position the workpieces. Considering all of the key requirements we managed to construct a device. Using the MKE analysis we checked the device's rigidity and verified its functionality in practice.
