Title:Prenova procesa obdelave slikovnega materiala za trgovinska podjetja

Abstract:Hiter razvoj tehnologij in spremembe potrošniških navad vplivajo na poslovanje podjetij, ki se spopadajo z vedno večjo konkurenco in izzivi spreminjajočega se okolja. Pričakovanja potrošnikov so čedalje večja, zato je potreben temeljit razmislek o prilagoditvi strateških ciljev in poslovnih procesov. Zagotavljanje najvišje ravni kakovosti in zadovoljevanje potreb kupcev je danes ključna usmeritev za dvig konkurenčnosti in dolgoročnosti poslovanja podjetja. Posledično morajo biti procesi znotraj podjetja prožni in oblikovani tako, da se lahko hitro prilagodijo spremembam na trgu. Sistematičen, natančen in planiran proces priprave, obdelave in uporabe slikovnega materiala je pogoj za kakovostno in ažurno predstavitev prodajnega asortimana. Temelji na aktivnem medsebojnem sodelovanju več oddelkov in deležnikov ter dobaviteljev, končni cilj procesa pa so ustrezno slikovno predstavljeni izdelki v zalednih sistemih, letakih in spletu. V kolikor proces ni natančno definiran in spremljan, prihaja do podvajanja dela ter zamud pri obdelavi slikovnega materiala. V specialističnem delu smo prenovili celotni proces, od pridobivanja do uporabe slikovnega materiala in določili temeljni algoritem za določitev prioritete obdelave slikovnega materiala ter pripravili predlog praktične rešitve problema, ki bo znižal čas in stroške upravljanja slikovnega materiala. Dokazali smo, da dober algoritem, za določitev prioritete obdelave slikovnega materiala, pomembno prispeva k učinkoviti prenovi procesa priprave in uporabe slikovnega materiala za trgovinska podjetja.

Title:Reengineering of imaging process for trading companies
Abstract:The rapid development of technology and changes in consumer behaviour affect the operation of enterprises, which face increasing competition and the challenges of a changing environment. Consumers' expectations are increasing, so is the need for profound reflection on the adaptation of the strategic objectives and consequently business processes. Providing the highest level of quality and meet customer needs today is a key focus for raising the competitiveness and long-term operation of the company. Consequently, they must be processes within the company flexible and designed to be able to adapt quickly to market changes. A systematic, detailed and planned process of preparation, editing and managing visual material is a prerequisite for high quality and timely presentation of the product range. It is based on active mutual cooperation of several departments and suppliers with the ultimate aim of the process are adequately presented visual products in the back office systems, flyers and online store. If the process is not clearly defined and monitored in duplication of work and delays in the processing of visual material. In the specialist task we renovated the whole process from extraction to use the image material and the provisions of the basic algorithm for determining the priority of editing image material and prepare a proposal for practical solutions to the problem, which will reduce the time and cost of managing visual material. We have proven that a good algorithm for determining the priority of processing image material significantly contributes to the efficiency of renovation process, editing and managing of the visual material to commercial companies.
