Abstract:
Namen naloge je predstaviti razvoj aktivnega sledenja vertikalnih vreten pri skobeljnem stroju pri hitrosti skobljanja do 300 m/min. Cilj je izbrati pravilno strojno opremo za premikanje 800 kg težke enote vertikalnih vreten in merjenje oz. detekcijo lege lesa med gibanjem skozi stroj. Zaradi zahtevanih zelo kratkih odzivnih časov je potrebno skrbno izbrati vse komponente sistema in jih povezati z Lenze servo pretvornikom serije 9400 in izdelati ustrezen program znotraj servo pretvornika.

ACTIVE TRACKING SYSTEM FOR VERTICAL MACHINING SPINDLES OF A PLANER
Abstract:
The purpose of the project is the development of active tracking system of vertical spindles in the planing machine for planing speeds up to 300 m/min. The aim is to select the proper hardware to move the 800 kg heavy units of vertical spindles and measuring or detecting the position of the timber during the movement through the machine. Owing to the very short response times is necessary to carefully select all system components and connect them with Lenze servo drive 9400 series and create the appropriate program inside the Lenze servo drive.
