Title:Trdnostna analiza in razvoj livarskega blažilca kinetične energije taline

Abstract:Pri proizvodnji kontinuirano odlitega jekla se v vmesni ponovci uporabljajo najrazličnejša sredstva ti. livarski blažilci kinetične energije. Ti omogočajo dodatno čiščenje taline, ustvarjajo homogeno temperaturno in hitrostno polje taline v vmesni ponovci. V nalogi je opisana osnova delovanja kontinuiranega litja jekla. Opisani so ognjevzdržni materiali, ki se uporabljajo za izdelavo livarskih blažilcev kinetične energije taline. Opisan je celoten potek razvoja blažilca kinetične energije taline naprave KN3 v podjetju Štore-Steel d.o.o. V razvoj so zajeti vidiki, kot je izboljšanje kakovosti jekla in znižanje stroškov. Za določitev napetostnega stanja in optimiranja oblike ter izbira materiala je bila uporabljena metoda končnih elementov. Izbrana končna oblika je utemeljena na podlagi izračunov CFD in MKE.

Title:Strength analysis and development of casting kinetic energy absorber of melt
Abstract:When producing continuous casting grade steel, different tundish furniture is used, like casting kinetic dumpers. They redirect steel flow for better steel cleaning and applying homogeny temperature and velocity field. The basic principle of continuous casting and principals of material we used for kinetic dumper is described. The complete development workflow for kinetic energy absorber of melt is described, for caster KN3 in steel plant Štore-Steel d.o.o. Improvement of quality and lowering the cost are considered in development. For stress determination and optimization shape the final element method were used. The final shape (model 4) is given by CFD and FEA analysis.
