Title:Vloga modela E-Qalin pri doseganju zadovoljstva zaposlenih v socialno varstvenem zavodu

Abstract:Diplomsko delo temelji na tezi, da je zadovoljstvo zaposlenih eden pomembnejših dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na kakovost bivanja starostnikov v socialno varstvenem zavodu. Vemo, da je dober delavec tisti, ki je zadovoljen. Zadovoljstvo je odvisno od tega, ali se delavec čuti sprejetega in slišanega na delovnem mestu. Socialno varstveni zavodi se tega vedno bolj zavedajo in vpeljujejo v ustanove model kakovosti E-Qalin, ki naj bi jim pomagal pri doseganju večjega zadovoljstva zaposlenih in stanovalcev. Diplomsko delo smo razdelili na dva dela. V teoretičnem delu smo na kratko opredelili kakovost in njeno vlogo v socialno varstvenem zavodu, opredelili smo organizacijsko klimo in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, predstavili modele obvladovanja kakovosti s poudarkom na modelu kakovosti E-Qalin in predstavili socialno varstveni zavod Dom Tisje, kjer so oktobra 2014 pridobili certifikat kakovosti E-Qalin. Nato smo v raziskovalnem delu z anketnim vprašalnikom izvedli raziskavo v socialno varstvenem zavodu Dom Tisje z namenom, da bi ugotovili, ali sta se z uvedbo modela E-Qalin izboljšala zadovoljstvo zaposlenih ter področje komunikacije med zaposlenimi in nadrejenimi. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni zadovoljni na svojih delovnih mestih in s komunikacijo med zaposlenimi in vodstvom. Menimo pa, da se bo z modelom E-Qalin zadovoljstvo še stopnjevalo, saj je model usmerjen k zadovoljstvu zaposlenih in njihovi motiviranosti.

Title:The role of E-Qalin model in achieving employee satisfaction in the social welfare institution
Abstract:The graduation thesis is based on the hypothesis that the employees´ satisfaction is one of the most important factors influencing the quality of elderly people´s life in social welfare institution. As we know, a good worker is the one who is satisfied. And satisfaction depends on how the employee feels to be accepted and heard in a workplace. Social welfare institutions are increasingly aware of that fact, therefore they introduce E-Qalin quality model to institutions, which should help them to achieve an increased satisfaction of the employees as well as the residents. The graduation thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, we have shortly defined quality and its role in social welfare institution, we have defined organizational situation, and employees´ satisfaction. We have also presented quality management models with an emphasis on the E-Qalin quality model, and presented social welfare institution Dom Tisje, where in October 2014 they obtained E-Qalin quality certificate. Further, in the research part, we implemented a survey in social welfare institution Dom Tisje by using a questionnaire. The purpose of the survey was to establish whether the introduction of the E-Qalin model has led to the improvement of the employees´ satisfaction and also the field of communication among the employees and their superiors. We have established that the employees are satisfied in their workplaces and they are also satisfied with the communication among the employees and the management. However, we believe that based on the E-Qalin model the satisfaction will further be increased, since the model is oriented toward employees´ satisfaction and their motivation.
