Title:PROGRAMSKA OPREMA ZA PODPORO INDUSTRIALIZACIJI NOVIH AVTOPLAŠČEV

Abstract:Čas od razvoja do uvedbe avtoplaščev v proizvodnjo je vedno krajši, zato je pomembno, da je industrializacija plašča podprta z integriranim informacijskim sistemom. SAP predstavlja glavni informacijski sistem, ki je dopolnjen z različnimi informacijskimi sistemi v obliki excel, oracle, citrix podatkovnimi bazami. Slabost podsistemov je v njihovi razdrobljenosti, zato je smiselno razviti integrirani informacijski sistem t.i. tehnološki informacijski sistem (TIS), ki bi skrajšal podporni čas, stroške in povečal učinkovitost. Cilj diplomske naloge je predlagati ustrezno rešitev za izgradnjo tehnološkega informacijskega sistema, ki bi omogočal popolno informacijsko integracijo vseh subjektov v fazi industrializacije avtoplaščev. Pomembno je, da je možno sistem dodatno prilagajati spremembam. Odzivni čas za spremembe mora biti čim krajši. Upoštevati moramo tudi cenovni vidik izgradnje in vzdrževanja sistema. Vsi ti dejavniki so pomembni za management, ki sprejema odločitev. Namen diplomskega dela je prikazati obstoječe stanje pri uporabi informacijskih sistemov v procesu industrializacije avtoplaščev. Podrobno razčleniti procese od začetka do konca, ki so potrebni za izvedbo korakov in vseh aktivnosti povezanih z industrializacijo. Poleg specifikacije avtoplašča, ki predstavlja osnovo za izdelavo avtoplaščev v proizvodnji pa je potrebno vključiti tudi vse ostale podsisteme, ki omogočajo, da po izdelavi avtoplašča ovrednotimo avtoplašč kot celota z vidika uniformnosti, vizualnega izgleda in testiranja. Pred začetkom izgradnje tehnološkega informacijskega sistema sem izdelal zasnovo funkcionalnih specifikacij s pomočjo FURPS, FURPS+ metode, ki je namenjena sledljivosti in zagotavljanju kvalitete razvoja programske opreme. Nato sledi predstavitev in funkcije posameznih modulov v tehnološkem informacijskem sistemu, ki tvorijo celovito informacijsko rešitev v diplomski nalogi. Trije najpomembnejši - moduli so opisani s pomočjo primerov uporabe «use case«. S pomočjo SWOT analize ovrednotim prednosti, slabosti, priložnosti in nevarnosti v projektu izgradnje tehnološkega informacijskega sistema. Z razvojem programa tehnološkega informacijskega sistema kot osrednjega sistema pri industrializaciji avtoplaščev bomo dosegli, da so podatki preneseni in zbrani v enotnem sistemu, ki bo skrajšal čas priprave specifikacij in z njimi povezane dodatne aktivnosti v procesu industrializacije. Zmanjšalo se bo število različnih sistemov, ki so nujno potrebni med procesom, vendar niso med seboj povezani v celoto. S tem se bo čas do sprostitve avtoplašča v redno proizvodnjo skrajšal in to predstavlja dodano vrednost.

Title:SOFTWARE SUPPORT FOR THE NEW TIRE INDUSTRIALIZATION
Abstract:The time from development to the introduction of tire into production is getting shorter and shorter, so it is important that the Industrialization of the tire is supported by an integrated information system. SAP represents the main information system, which is supplemented by various information systems in the form of Excel, Oracle, Citrix databases. The weakness of the subsystems is in their fragmentation, it therefore makes sense to develop an integrated information system - the so-called Technological Information System (TIS), which would reduce the support time, as well as costs and increase efficiency. The aim of this thesis is to propose a suitable solution for the construction of a technological information system, which would allow a full IT integration of all entities in the industrialization phase of the tires. It is important that the system can be further adapted to change. Response time changes should be as short as possible. We must also consider the price aspect of construction and system maintenance. All these factors are important for the decision-making management. The aim of the thesis is to show the current state of the IT systems in the process of industrialization of car tires. A detailed breakdown of the process, from beginning to end, is necessary for carrying out all the steps and activities associated with industrialization. In addition to the specification of the tire, which constitutes the basis for the manufacture of a tire in production, it is necessary to include all the other subsystems, which enable the evaluation of the tire after it has been manufactured as a whole in terms of uniformity, visual look and testing. Before the start of the Technology Information System construction, I created the concept of functional specifications using the FURPS, FURPS + method, which is designed to ensure the traceability and the quality of software development. Followed by presentations and functions of the individual modules in Information Technology system, that form a comprehensive IT solution in the thesis. The three most important modules are described by means of examples of the "use case". With the help of a SWOT analysis I aim to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the project of constructing the Technology Information System.
