Title:RAZVOJ VEČPARAMETRSKEGA MODELA ZA OCENJEVANJE ZAPOSLENIH

Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava problematiko ocenjevanja zaposlenih na primeru podjetja X, njen končni cilj pa je poiskati enostavno in hitro metodo, ki bi podjetju pomagala pri vrednotenju uspešnosti zaposlenih. Problem je kompleksen zaradi same velikosti podjetja X, kar pomeni obdelavo velikega števila podatkov, poleg tega je, zaradi širokega razpona različnih profilov zaposlenih, izbor parametrov ocenjevanja zahteven. V prvem delu naloge bomo preučili teoretični del ocenjevanja zaposlenih kaj sploh je ocenjevanje zaposlenih in zakaj je treba ocenjevati, kako poteka, kakšne so njegove posledice tako za podjetje kot tudi za posameznika. Bolj podrobno bomo opisali redne letne razgovore, ker jih v podjetju X že uporabljajo. V drugem delu se bomo problema lotili s pomočjo večparameterskega odločitvenega procesa, kamor spada programsko orodje DEXi. DEXi je ekspertni sistem, s pomočjo katerega smo izdelali model, ki služi ocenjevanju zaposlenih. Ob tem smo imeli omejitev raziskave – modela nismo mogla preveriti na realnih podatkih, zato smo sami izbrali štiri variante oziroma štiri različna delovna mesta, pri čimer smo se oprli na obrazec »Redni letni pogovor« podjetja X. Na ta način smo prišli do relevantnih parametrov, ki smo jih ovrednotili v programu DEXi, na koncu pa smo model razširili še s programom Vredana. Uporabo modela za ocenjevanje zaposlenih bomo predlagali podjetju X, da bodo lahko enostavneje in hitreje ugotavljali, kako uspešni so njihovi zaposleni.

Title:DEVELOPMENT OF MULTI-PARAMETER MODEL FOR EMPLOYEE ASSESSMENT
Abstract:The diploma thesis deals with the issue of evaluation of employees in the case of the company X, its ultimate goal is to find a simple and fast method that would have helped in evaluating the performance of their employees. The problem is complex due to the size of the company X , which means the processing of large amounts of data, in addition, because of the wide range of different profiles of employees, selection of parameter estimation difficult. In the first part we will examine the theoretical evaluation of employees - what is evaluation of employees and why it is necessary to assess, how does it works, what are its implications for both the company as well as for the individual. We will more specifically describe regular annual interview, because the company X already use them. In the second part we will deal with the problem by using multiparametric decision process, which includes a software tool DEXi. DEXi is an expert system who helped us made a model, which serves the evaluation of employed. At the same time we had a restriction research - we could not check a model on real data, so we picked up four variants or four different jobs, in which we rely on our "Regular annual conversation" of the company X. In this way, we come to the relevant parameters we have evaluated the program DEXi and in the end we have expanded the model with program Vredana. We will propose the model for evaluating employees to the company X so that they will easily and quickly determined how successful their employees are.
