Title:VEDENJE IN PREFERENCE IGRALCEV GOLFA

Abstract:Pomembno je, da podjetje ve, kdo so njegovi odjemalci, da pozna njihovo vedenje, da jim lahko ponudi izdelek, s katerim bo zadovoljilo njihove potrebe in jim olajšalo odločanje za nakup. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili odjemalce, ki so najpomembnejša sestavina ožjega marketinškega okolja. Velikokrat namesto besede odjemalec zasledimo pojma potrošnik in porabnik. Ugotovili smo, da na vedenje odjemalcev vplivajo notranji in zunanji dejavniki. V zvezi z vedenjem odjemalcev smo predstavili proces odločanja, s katerim lahko vplivamo na odločitve odjemalcev. V sklopu praktičnega dela smo predstavili golf igrišče Zlati grič, ki se nahaja v destinaciji Rogla-Pohorje, ki jo sestavljajo kraji Zreče, Slovenske Konjice, Vitanje in Oplotnica. Izvedli smo raziskavo o vedenju in preferencah igralcev golfa. V praktičnem delu so s pomočjo tabel in različnih grafikonov predstavljeni rezultati anketiranja, ki smo ga izvedli prek spletne ankete in na golf igrišču Zlati grič. Sklepni del projekta zajema ugotovitve in predloge, ki se nanašajo na golf igrišča.

Title:BEHAVIOUR AND PREFERENCES OF GOLF PLAYERS
Abstract:For companies it is important to know who are the consumers and their behavior, so that they can offer a product which will satisfy the consumers' needs and facilitate their decision to purchase. In the theoretical part we introduced consumers, who are the most important component of a narrower marketing environment. Often, instead of the word consumer, we can see the words costumer or user. We found that the behavior of consumers is influenced by internal and external factors of consumer behavior. We also presented the decision-making process with which we can influence the decisions of the consumer. In the theoretical part of this thesis I presented a golf course Zlati grič, which is a part of a tourist destination Rogla – Pohorje that consists of Zreče, Slovenjske Konjice, Vitanje and Oplotnica. On the golf course Zlati grič I conducted the interviews about the behavior and preferences of golf players. In the practical part we present the results of the survey through tables and various graphs. The survey was conducted with online surveys and the interviews that were conducted on the golf course Zlati grič. The concluding part includes conclusions and proposals, which relate to the golf courses.
