Title:S prenovo poslovnega procesa do povečanja učinkovitosti prodaje v banki

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali in predlagali prenovo procesa prodaje v UniCredit Banki d.d. od prvega prodajnega razgovora s stranko, do zaključka prodaje s podpisom pogodbe. S pomočjo raziskave, praktičnih in osebnih izkušenj ter po metodi prenove poslovnih procesov, smo na obstoječem modelu poslovnega procesa našli šibke točke, jih analizirali, predlagali izboljšave in jih prenovili. V prvem delu smo opisali področja, ki se nanašajo na prenovo poslovnih procesov in specifično poslovno področje, ki smo ga obravnavali. Predstavili smo faze prenove, spoznali kriterije za prenovo in opredelili bančno poslovanje in prodajo. V drugem delu smo tekstovno in grafično prikazali obstoječ proces, ga analizirali in predlagali v prenovljeni obliki. Za modeliranje procesa smo uporabili orodje Aris Express. V zaključku smo ugotovili, da izboljšani poslovni proces poveča produktivnost zaposlenih, ker skrajša čas odobritve posla in poveča kvaliteto storitev. Posledično se poveča učinkovitost prodaje.

Title:Reconstruction of business process with intention of increased efficiency of sale in the bank
Abstract:In my thesis, we discussed and proposed renovation of the sales process in UniCredit Bank d.d. from the first interview with the client to completing the sale by signing a contract. Through the research, with practical and personal experience and by using methods of business process restructuring we have found some weaknesses. We have analyzed them, suggested improvements and renovation. Theoretical part describes the areas related to the restructuring of business processes. We have described the business area that is the subject of this thesis more specifically. We have presented and explained phases of restructuring, renovation criteria and defined the banking business and sales. In the applicative part, we have presented the text in graphic display of existing processes. We have analyzed it and proposed a renewed business process. For modeling a business processes, we have used Aris Ekspress tool. The conclusion gives the confirmation that renewed business processes increases productivity of employees, as it shortens approval time and increases services quality. As a result, sales performance is more effective.
